Rushing th3 customer out of the store when it's 9pm and they are still open til 11!. Ran out of key things. That's horrible planning. Really. Run of things you should be announcing it or put it ok your door I wouldn't have bothered coming in. Really scrappy exp. You should skip this one.
There a lot of foot traffic around this location, and they have to keep the pick up orders behind the counter.However, the numerous times I’ve been to this location I’ve had no issues with the food or staff. They do a great job in spite of difficult working conditions and unruly customers.

I came to this store in Santa Ana because the store nearest me was closed. I order a burrito, and I get to my car to eat and open it up to this. Absolutely didn’t even try to wrap my burrito. The worker lady who did it was giving an attitude the whole time making my food, so I feel like this was done on purpose. When I go back inside to speak with th manager, she laughs at me with the lady who made my burrito. This place is ran like a ghetto lunch restaurant. Get a real manager and get rid of the preteen kids with attitude making your food. I won’t be coming to this location ever again. Ghetto pos’s
Come to this location if you want to blankly stare at employees who ignore you with no one else in line for 10 minutes straight. It's not hard to acknowledge a customer. They must be really checked out.

Great staff with positive attitude and energy. Thank you Kevin for being so kind along with management. This location is always stocked and are efficient during rush hours. I appreciate every staff member as they all work as team in creating positive visits for customers like me.

Avoid this Chipotle location. They made the smallest burrito I've ever seen. There are better ways to spend your 15 dollars.
