???????? MÉXICO (via Eat the World Los Angeles) - The newest business in this shopping plaza is a bit of an outlier, offering homemade chorizo based on the family's 1892 recipe. Opening at the end of this past winter, the steady flow of summer customers who already seem to know what they want shows that they have already amassed plenty of regulars. The small shop only has a few products on offer, but these are specialties and you will not be disappointed.
I don't usually review, but this place is so good that I wanted to make sure people go to it so it doesn't close. Also, in case it wasn't clear (it wasn't to me) this is a meat deli only, not a restaurant. Location: The shop is located in an unassuming shopping center wedged between other stores. It's easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. Interior: The shop is barebones with a meat fridge, a drink fridge, and single stand of tortillas. I love this place, they offer different kinds of chorizo, green, habanero, spicy, regular and also choices of salsas, cheese, very clean, the chorizo could be whole or any amount you need, affordable prices, friendly family members attending usually the daughter is lovely highly recommended.
