I ordered 3 egg and cheese burritos and a combination burrito. The egg and cheese were nothing special, no onion, no tomato, no potatoes, nothing that I would order again. I did not know what to expect. So if that is what a breakfast burrito is, then that is fine. It was cheap. But I have had plenty of burritos in my 61 years of California living and have had Del taco in the past but the combo burrito was the worst I have ever had. I would say it is primarily because of the shape. It was such a small portion with so little ingredients in the burrito that it could not hold the cylindrical shape you would expect a burrito to hold. The beans and meat were mostly fluid. Simply a let down. I will "run to the border", next time. I just did as a matter of fact.

I went in today (12:20pm) and my total was $4.79. the lady (short hair, short and chubby. Think she's a manager??‍♀️) didn't give me my change from the $5 I gave her (didn't give me a receipt when they have too) and yet proceeded to have an attitude and be rude when I asked how much is the mini shake plus tax. She says "read it. It says it up there" everytime I go to this store and deal with that lady, she's ALWAYS having an attitude and honestly it makes me uncomfortable to be treated that way as a customer. Oh when I was ordering my last item she makes a comment as in "thank God" like she didn't want me in the store. If that's how managers treat their customers I won't waste money there.I will give all the credit to the young man who helped me out with my mini shake. (hope they make HIM manager /supervisor) because he was very professional. So thank you for being a good employee and for making me feel welcomed as a customer. Please give him a raise.

Food is good, received it quickly. The only thing I don't like is that they ask "medium or large", making it seem like those are the only two sizes, when in reality they're just trying to up size(charge) you.

We arrived at 12:15 pm they close at 1 pm. They told us they were closed . So they closed early on a Friday night..I used to work in the food industry I know you want to close early but at the end of the day that' is the job..you stay open until the time you close. Then put the food away ..not happy at all..

The location on Santa Clara and Tustin has better service and they follow special food requests a lot more attentively than the nearby location at Grand and the 22.The Birria items are FANTASTIC! SO good. Del Taco, please keep them on the menu. I can't say which of the birria items is best. They're all really good (ramen, taco, quesadilla). Yay, Del Taco! A home run with the birria! So tender, lean, and flavorful!

Usually not one to yelp about small fast food places , things happen mistakes happen , but the lack of management skills this del tacos has , is horrible , no leadership , manager didn't get his name but has a tattoo on his forearm was rude and did not care for the mistakes that made they for my order incorrect and forgot to add the items in the bag , to top it off I got charged for things I didn't get , and said rudely check in the bag it's in there, when it wasn't , the 2nd time I came back I had gotten home and realized they didn't even give me the fries , with an order of 43 dollars I returned and asked to have my food redone so we can all eat together and he said " it's too much food to redo" so either he's lazy or didn't care for his mistakes, a manager like this that doesn't care shouldn't lead others

The employee at the drive thru window at 11pm 11/21/23 couldn’t be bothered to make eye contact, so he’s handing the order with his head turned in the opposite direction like a 3 year old who can’t cope, and is nearly hitting me in my face with the bag of food. Then I make a light comment about it and he can only turn his back and smirk with his equally numbskull coworker. These people need cultural training like, yesterday. Where do they even find these people. When I tell you I regret my vote for $15 fast food minimum wage, believe me.
