They’ve got a porky, pug-nosed, frizzy haired clerk who’ll leave you sitting at the drive through forever with zero acknowledgement, then pops up to hand you your stuff out of the blue, grinning like she’s doing such a great job. Seriously? These minimum wage people’s interpretation of consummate professional is just freaking depressing. …and disappointing, and offensive too, obviously.

Came here with my mother, she had ordered a dessert to go with her food, they forgot to put it, she called the restaurant and they were so polite! And when she mentioned her missing food next time we came, they happily gave it to us with no added charge, staff are polite and place is relatively welcoming!

I was not comfortable ordering at this Del Taco so I went to another

It really stunned me this afternoon as ordering a quesadilla for my kids, that this rude woman at the other end of the tin can and string wanted to charge my 4 + 6 year old for the ice water I requested for them after paying them $6 for a warm tortilla and cheese. .50 for two waters is nuts even in OC
