Pricy and overrated. Located in a busy strip off Bristol and Warner with plenty of parking in the front. First time today & I bought iced coffee, a chocolate long and a ham & cheese/jalapeño croissant. Total came out to approx $11 (verbally said by the employee. Charged pay and it was $12 and some cents. She never said it was extra for Apple Pay, and never expressed they only had Vietnamese coffee which was almost $6 for a small cup. Seriously overpriced, coffee wasn't strong or good and the croissant was mediocre at best. I did enjoy the chocolate long bar but $12 for 3 mere items? Ridiculous!! There were several older customers inside when I got there. 2 employees & the one that helped me didn't bother asking me if I wanted a receipt (just charged me and moved on to another customer). There were only 2 of us in line. Vibe was ok. I could've gotten a breakfast burrito for less than that.

I came in at about 2am craving a sweet drink. The worker there who I forgot to get the name of was kind enough to make me and my boyfriend a very yummy cookies and cream smoothie. Literally so good it's like going to a boba store quality. The drink was amazing and the donuts are good but most of all the man there was so kind and it just made everything better. Thanks for being so nice to me and my boyfriend ! we appreciate you

Kind of disappointed after reading reviews. Typical basic donut/ with thin watery icing. The chocolate and maple bars lacked anything that would make them more appealing than a grocery store donut. Apple fritters overcooked, dry, and very little apple.

A MUST try! This was the most delicious donut I've had in a while. I got the beach ball which was so yummy. This is such a cool concept and so amazing. The little rubber duckies for sale on the walls are so cute too. The donut makers are the nicest people as well.

Its usually good to eat food thats made fresh and hot right but the donuts here just weren't cutting it. The girl working here looked and acted like she did not want to be there and it really brushed us the wrong way. She just had this attitude that was not welcoming whatsoever. We ordered 6 donuts and only really enjoyed about 2 of them.

The people there usually seems like they don't want to be there. Which is fine but, if you're going to have an ego, at least have good food. Their boba is just so hard. There are seats for you to eat at; however, it is very uncomfortable even if you did try to sit there. They're donuts are ok, I don't like donuts. Their prices are ok. Would recommend to people who like hard boba and bitchy staff.

I came by one morning to pick up some donuts for my students. I got half a dozen and one of these pink donut. There wasn't a long line. I was able to get my order quickly. Would definitely come back again. They have some small tables here too.

The lady who speak spanish so rude. We wanted to eat in there but she said that she needs to mop and her boss doesn't allow her to let customers eat while she is mopping. Never come back again, I really needed a chair cause I'm sick and I can't be stand for long time.

Great donuts, but today It was not the best customer experience. Before I went in I saw one of there workers harassing a homeless transsexual women. Telling her awful things, another guy also saw and decided to confront him. The worker just ran inside like a coward and proceeded to call the cops. What makes this male worker better than anyone else ? Nothing. He is no better than anyone for him to be harassing other people then wanting to act like the victim.

Underrated Donut Shop.Do a donutshop review: An underrated spot. I was looking for a spot to study and I saw Duck Donut have an empty table. So much cleaner than the Starbucks across the place. The donut looks amazing. The owner roasted coffee every half an hour and I can just smell the fresh coffee while study. It sounds like you stumbled upon a hidden gem! Duck Donut seems like an underrated spot that is definitely worth a visit. The fact that you were able to find an empty table is a good sign, as it suggests that the place may not be too crowded or overrun with customers. The cleanliness of the shop is another positive point, especially if you're planning on studying there for a while. It's always nice to have a clean and comfortable environment to work in, and it seems like Duck Donut has got that covered. But the real star of the show is the donuts. If they look amazing, then chances are they taste amazing too. It's always a treat to indulge in a fresh and delicious donut, and it sounds like Duck Donut has got that covered as well. The fact that the owner roasts coffee every half an hour is a testament to their commitment to freshness and quality. Not only does this ensure that you'll be getting a freshly brewed cup of coffee, but the aroma of the coffee beans being roasted is a nice touch that adds to the overall ambiance of the shop.Overall, it sounds like Duck Donut is an underrated spot that deserves more attention. It's clean, comfortable, and serves up delicious donuts and fresh coffee. If you're in the area and looking for a spot to study or just grab a tasty treat, be sure to give Duck Donut a try!
