The food is very good, the atmosphere is familiar because there is not so much relaxation in there... that's why I like to eat here with my children. They have very good service although they should improve the presentation of their micheladas...?

Been twice to el calamar and their service sucks on Sunday's I cannot recall the girl who serve us but I believe is the owner daughter with glasses and light skin we went on a Sunday with our boys and she took forever to bring our drinks not once she came to check on us if everything was okay we had to ask the busser many times to bring us things . Final story we paid our tab still left a tip . Next time we went on a Sunday as well we invited our mother in law and sister in law and kids so we were a party of 9 people same waitress's horrible experience they charged us $60 for the gratuity of the tip when I feel it was not worthed I didn't want to say nothing about it but after this never coming back at all . Their always short on staff they should get more waitress who have more experience and being faster !

We went to this place to have a happy time with the family. What was our surprise, we ordered a molcajete and a bucket of beer. They went over the price of 100.00 dollars, really.

Came here today with a friend who recommended this spot…… sub par food for 1 $45 meal….at l1st glance you think wow that’s quite a lot of food don’t let the picture fool you the most flavorful thing we got was the tiny portion of salsa with chips . The main reason we came here was for this one item that they charge the most for with 0 flavor and mainly pico for the base…has to be the most American Mexican food I’ve had thus far.. watered down beans….. at least the tortillas were freshly made other than that wouldn’t recommend.
