We traveled from the state of Oklahoma to taste the food that we had memories of having consumed in the past when we lived here in the city of Santa Ana CA but unfortunately it was a bad experience the ladies who were taking the order were very curt and not at all friendly They asked us if we were ready to order and the truth is we didn't know what to order first since we wanted a little bit of everything but in the end we asked for fresh water without ice and she very arrogantly told us: the water has ice and I don't know if I can serve it. without ice .Well, we ordered tacos and the meat was chewy and very salty, we ordered (trunk) maybe it was because it was around seven in the afternoon and I already had that meat all day? I don't know, it was a possibility but my husband and I remember that in the past it didn't matter what time it was, the food they served was of quality, unfortunately this time it wasn't like that. Regarding the food and the service, I repeat, it was not a good experience. Maybe next time I should take my money somewhere else where they do care about the customer ?

I don't know why this place keeps changing ingredient on the tortas. every couple of months there something different fro no onions or sometimes no avocado and now someone had the bright idea to change the cheese on the tortas now you get shredded cheese on your torta.shredded cheese is for quesadillas not for tortas for the high price that they charge for the tortas they should not chenge the ingredients. And that's the reason a lot of people they are not going back. Because all the changes and high prices

It’s great food but I don’t understand why the family pack of 2lbs. carnitas is $39.99 and when I asked for 3 lbs. my total came out to $81. That’s $40 for the extra pound when 2 pounds is $40.
