The Menudo here is hands down the best Menudo I have ever had at a restaurant. Wow it's so delicious I will definitely be returning. It's a small restaurant definitely a mom and pop, but it doesn't matter it's clean and the Menudo taste authentic home made 100%!! And the tortillas that came with the menudo are hand made fresh. I am excited to have found this little place.
So this place looks like a mom and pop business operation and is located in a small strip mall location. The inside is very sparsely decorated walls and with 5 tables for a total of 20 chairs. We stopped by at 8:30 on a Sunday morning and while dining we saw quite a few people coming in to pick up their phone orders to go and as we were leaving a few more orders staged on the counter ready for pickup. Dropped by on a Monday evening at around 5:30pm for dinner. Calm, friendly vibes. Quick and pleasant service. The food here always hits the spot, especially the handmade tortillas. Real authentic. 10/10. Arriba Michoacán vale.
