I've been eating here for years. I got the 2 person meal and it was not good. The mac and cheese was so very watery that I had to drink it. The salad had not even a teaspoon of dressing on it. The rest was good. Not normal for these guys. Check you meal before you leave.

So Very sad to say that this El Pollo Loco has joined the Cater only to the wealthy band wagon !!! I am a blue collar 9-5 worker and I can NO longer afford the new Exuberant out of control prices for the "verysmall" chicken brest @10.90 a 6oz cup of beans @4.89 and a 6oz cup of macaroni and cheese @$4.89 thats over $20 dollars now !!!!! I mean, I can literally go to Ralph's Grocery store and buy an entire pound of already made macaroni and cheese. Three 16oz cans of beans and the whole dang already cooked and hot chicken That's just as good if not better for the same 20 dollars !!!!! Convenience my azz ,, ! price gouging more like it . And yes, I went to ralphs and purchased all of that and it was $22.70 in total . And I can have dinner for 3 days now !
Cashier was aggressive when making transactions. She never made eye contact just taking my order ?. Atmosphere feels like the eating section doesn't belong to the business since none of the workers seen around there. A couple of homeless inside, hoping someone might share with them. I am compassionate toward them, yet it is disgusting to eat while seeing someone with dirty clothes on.Parking: There are plenty of parking spots, yet a lot of homeless people. You might feel intimidated and scared of being threatened.

Service was ok. there were some unprofessional conversations happening with the staff, and our order was made wrong. We got the double chicken salad, and the chicken and cheese were missing. Otherwise, I've had good experiences here.
