Ordered al pastor tacos at2.99 each. At that price you’d expect a good amount of meat but these tacos were more tortillas than meat and the small amount of meat I did get wasn’t that great. I also ordered an asada quesadilla but the cheese wasn’t fully melted the quesadilla was cold when I got it and the asada had no flavor at all. And to top it all off the lady at the register was rude af, I’m glad there are alot of restaurant options around here cuz I’m never going back

Almost got robbed while leaving this place. Someone pulled a knife on me. I ran into my car and locked the door and the person hanging out in front of the place proceeded to punch and put dents all over my car with their fist. When I went back the next day they acted like they didn't care and at first said they didn't remember. The manager eventually said that she remembered and said that he was a resident onlooker that just had a few screws loose. My car would be perfectly fine and wouldn't have gone through this if I did not eat at this establishment. It leads me to believe that this is a common occurrence at this place because they didn't remember this scene the day before which for me was traumatizing. They didn't express concern or even acknowledge what I was saying. That was a month ago. I came back and waited at the counter for 10 minutes. When I tried to order the special they have until 2 they wouldn't let me order it because it was 2:05. There was nobody in there and they made me wait and then told me it was 5 minutes too late to order what would have been 5 dollars cheaper when I initially walked up to the counter. I always leave a tip when I go here and have been going here for a while but they are always very cold. At first I just thought it was a kooky thing that I overlooked and just chalked it up to them being tired from working or that they were hot in there without a/c. They continue to not value my business and act kinda weird. I can't believe how inhospitable this place is. Never going back here again.
Not only do I wait 40 minutes but the order is incorrect. The person that took my order started to say I was wrong. Like why would I order 3 full chicken for a family of 3. Wanted me to order another 40 minutes for my order plus pay again and they would reimburse me the money, that money would take 5 business days to show up on my account. Worst service ever and worst experience. Never ever again

Cannot beat the taste and price of their chicken, rice , charro beans and salsa. It my go to place for feeding parties. The takeout is always ready for pick up! Eat your heart out El Pollo Loco!!

El servicio en este lugar es horrible, además de la comida, los empleados tienen la peor actitud con los clientes.Llame hice una orden, con mucho tiempo de anticipado, expliqué cómo quería mis tortas de carnitas, NO FRIJOLES, NO LECHUGA, y al final entregaron con todo lo que no pedí y sin nada de lo que agregué, tenía muy mal aspecto, el pan estaba mojado, eran más frijoles y lechuga que carnitas. The food here is fire. We used to order for our team at Nationstar/Mr.Cooper and food was always great. I move to Las Vegas and was in town and nearby so I had to pop in. I had 1 carnitas taco, 1 chicken taco, 1 chicken wing, and chips and salsa. All were fire ! It is the flavor due to cooking over mesquite charcoal. Not the greatest location but worth it. Just saw they have a location in Lake Forest. Definitely a must visit!
