Typically boba establishments don’t do this kind of service, thank you ?.I also believe I’m a picky customer too so that was really attentive of them. Thank you Gina and the gentlemen who was helping me at the front desk. Brown Sugar Milk Tea Black Tea w/ Boba (Large). I wanted light ice (25%) and to have it shaken to chill the drink vs being at normal temp.

Their cofee & milk tea hit the spot whenever we're in the neighborhood. Their foods are good too. I like the fact that I can adjust the drinks to our likings. Very cozy and friendly atmosphere. Gina was super friendly. Highly recommend.

Best boba!! New manger Gina is amazing, she makes the best matcha and it so kind hearted. Definitely worth it. Milk foam/ creme brulee is great too because it's not like cheese foam tangy. I come here multiple times a week because they also have a BOGO on the back of Vons receipts.

Since the new owner took over, we have visited three times in the last ten days. We loved every drop of everything we ordered. It was refreshing and perfect for our thirst. The staff was super friendly and generous. I'm a clean freak, so I appreciate that tables and chairs are not sticky and the bathroom is not yucky like another boba shop.

Gina is so sweet! They also offered the hot drink as either hot or warm which was rly cool because I didn't have to wait for it to cool down before drinking. First time I was ever given that option when ordering a hot drink. Very nice!

This location is apparently under new management. Extremely clean and has a comfortable seating arrangement. Very cute inside. We tried four different drinks, and seriously they were all amazing. We drink boba all the time, and this place is among the best. Also could not believe how affordable everything was. Everything apparently is made with the best ingredients and flavors.

Went to Gong Cha over the weekend after some shopping and was pleased with the service. The location has a new manager who was very kind while greeting us and gave us a chance to try out their mochi nuggets (which were great!). The workers were also friendly and made our drinks very quickly. The atmosphere felt quaint and wholesome. I usually go to the Gong Cha in Irvine, but whenever I am in the area, I will definitely stop by! Their milk teas and fruit teas are always a treat during the day. It was nice to have a personalized touch to our drinks, which is uncommon at most boba places.

My first time trying this place and it definitely recommended ! I was welcomed with fast & friendly service. I got the Lemon winter melon with basil seed and it was good ! Love the Creme brulee mochi waffle + Brown sugar w Ice cream so much Yummy. You can order adjust drink with the level of the sweetness, adding in different flavors and ice . Overall, I would come back and try it again. Would recommend to friends and family !
