They don’t care about giving good service or good food; and I assume it’s because, they get a lot of foot traffic as it’s in the mall.You don’t get to choose what and how much you want in your bowl-the Asian man(I am guessing the owner) literally put 2pieces of mushroom, 4 broccoli and 5pieces of meat.Don’t waste your money here. You will get much bigger bowl of food that taste delicious; and guess what you get to choose your own items.

I followed the rules not to smash down the food. I was able to increase the size of the bowl ? by lining up the frozen meat around the bowl and neatly stacking the veggies. When the cook added the noodles and finished cooking the food he was able to fill one container and was about to use a second container to put the rest in that's when the owner intercepts the cook, screaming at him not to use a second container. I told the owner I would gladly pay for the second container. He then took the tray and opened the first container and added the rest of the food, spilling the food onto the tray, and then put it to the side and started to take pictures of it and me. I asked him why the pictures he replied to show corporate his losses. I was shocked that most people's bowls were nearly empty, and he was talking about losses. He rudely placed/threw the tray in front of me, shouting at me ( you not welcome here, no more go go). Shoowing me away like a fly. I guess he banned me, He lost a customer. Wish him the best.

Don't go here, nothing like the Genghis khan in the brea mall the food was not grate it had a sandy substance in it and only like 5 pieces of meat the lady at the register was rude and you have to pay before you order this payment is nonrefundable all together bad expense will not be coming back if you want good Mongolian BBQ go to the brea mall they know how to do it right

I would give a negative star. But one will have to suffice. The owner lady is super rude. Drinks are not included with the combo and instead of explaining the lady just kept repeating the price. The food was SUPER salty and tasteless. I would not recommend nor would I return. Oh, and it was $30+ for two plates and 1 medium drink. Order at your own risk ⚠️.

Bad vibes, good cook, suspicious vegetables, and denied extra meat. Even my God damn napkin had raw meat in it.
