If I could rate it zero I would solely based on the way an employee treated us. I asked a simple question regarding children’s pricing and the waiter brought over another man. The guy was immediately hostile asking,”what’s our issue” I asked what the ages for the kids pricing was and he decided to be rude and condescending. He mocked me and I was just trying to understand our bill. We were also charged an almost 80$ service fee.That was not explained. I tried to call and ask after realizing that was on the receipt and received the same rude treatment. The service fee seems excessive for a place that hardly checks on the tables and uses mobile ordering.

Walked in with 11 people in our party, so we were prepared for a wait. However the wait time was not nearly as bad as expected. That was the only positive interaction I’ve had with this establishment. After being seated we were informed everything was ordered through the QR codes and brought out by some robot. You would think drinks are included with the all you can eat meal but those are indeed separate. As far as refills go they do offer them, but you will not get one unless you are prepared to flag down one of 3 staff members and receive attitude while asking. Then come time for the bill we noticed they did not consider our 9 year old a kid because they were “too tall”. Honestly not an issue but the manager seemed very irritated that we had even asked. Lastly after looking at the bill we noticed an outrageous service fee of $70 which was not mentioned before seating nor posted anywhere in the restaurant. Seeing how a robot brought all of our food and drinks to the table I fail to see where 80 dollars in service fees came from but when asked about it, the manager on duty got very defensive. Will definitely not be coming back due to the attitude of the workers present and the willingness to give jobs over to automation while springing surprise charges on your bill, but if you enjoy spending more money and receiving less value, give it a shot.

For my first visit, it was a very pleasant experience. I was seated promptly, and ordering plates was quite easy, despite never having ordered through a web browser before. One staff member did not speak English and one guy was mistaken about the parking validation of 2 hours, its only free for the first hour.They have corn tortillas, but were sold out when I was there; not that I would have ordered any in a KBBQ, but it's a nice accomodation in my opinion.Beers were nice and cold and did not have foam. The meat was also fresh and I sampled some of the seafood selections as well, those were good. The hot sauce was also excellent.

We went for a family lunch and loved the food except mushrooms. The human servers were very nice and kind. The robot servers were so cute (I know it sounds weird).Parking is a little hard, you need to park in the street.Lightning could be better in the restaurant, it was too dark.

Been here a couple of times on our vacation. Service is swift and impeccable! They changed the grill plate a few times, making sure it didn’t burn. Yummy food and the mint lemonade is great!Parking: Easy parking. Garage nearby and street parking is availableKid-friendliness: The tables are spaced apart enough for us to pass through. They’re big enough so kids are not too close to the grill but we are close enough grill it. They have high chairs too.

This was my first time here and I loved it! Atmosphere was clean and modern. The meats were marinated to perfection, and the side dishes were just right. At other kbbq places I’ve noticed the service is spotty, but here all of the servers were checking in, changing out the pans, asking what other orders we wanted, really attending to us, and were extremely kind and thoughtful. For my fellow Muslims, yes it’s all halal! Shout to one of the servers, Mahmut, for giving us a prayer rug when he saw us praying after our meal in the restaurant. This was all around an excellent experience, I will definitely be recommending this place to people I know and will be coming back!

This is our group's favorite KBBQ spot, hands down. Everything is so fresh, the service is always the best, everything is very clean. Our favorites to order from the halal menu is the bulgogi, short rib, and brisket. The mint lemonade is also our favorite drink.
