I can't believe this please charge 18% of gratuity!! In groups of 7 or more if a no good service at all.I guess they tried to pay for the fancy robot that bring all the meat. That's totally rip off!!!I don't recommend this please!!!Stay away.

It was a very cool place. They served us with a robot. We had Korean barbecue and they changed the hot plate a lot. All the meat was good and the salad, too. Great place to spend time with friends. The robot sang happy birthday to one of the guests.

Great service. Mahmut was very attentive and made sure we always had waters, our sauces were filled, and consistently changed our grills. The food was good and the price was reasonable. Would come again.

The servers were arrogant and rude, they have a robotic waiter that basically brings the meat table side and you grab it. Had to wait and ask for napkins and refills that, yes the automated server brings. And finally after basically being served by the R2-D2 the guy has the nerve to expect a tip ? nope. Ps. Their idea of fried rice is adding peas and carrots to white rice

We stayed over the area for the weekend and was craving Korean BBQ. I thought we’d give it a try as it had good reviews and was not too far from our hotel. All the meat that we tried was quality and even my 3 picky kids had their preferences of meat they ordered seconds of. The place was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful! The icing on the cake for my kiddos was that they had a little robot that would bring the meat out to all the tables, which was really cool! Definitely would recommend this place if ever in the area!

We got seated right away on a Saturday. The side dishes pan chan were great and had a lot of variety. For ayce, $34.99, we got brisket, bulgogi, spicy brisket, squid, pork jowl. As the night got busier, our orders got missed. Part of the orders were missing. It happened to us and the folks next to us. Even the dishes got mixed up. Things that I didn’t like, the bean paste soup. It was literally tasteless and the veggies were still raw. Then I got the tofu soup and it was barely any flavor. We asked for more side dishes from one of the staff, she said yes but never came back. Overall, I’m not sure if I will go here again. There are many other locations to choose from with exceptional service. Meat quality is comparable to other locations. But having to remind the staff about our orders and what happened, there were no explanations. It feels like the staff were overwhelmed and couldn’t handle the Saturday night crowd.

Great place for lunch or dinner. Good food, a nice environment to dine with friends, and family-friendly. You got to meet Sunny, their robot, who brings you your meetsSee awesome place.

Mehmood- this for you and your staff. The ultimate customer service experience one could ever imagine. We arrived 2 minutes before the closing and NO wasn’t the answer. Mehmood and the entire staff served the food fresh as possible and with best possible customer service. The entire family thanked them and would love to come again.

It was amazing and worth the ride. We drove all over from Joshua tree just to eat here. I loved everything we ate. We loved our server, she gave us great recommendations.

Great service! the waiter constantly changing the grill for us. Love the pork belly options here. My favorite is the cinnamon punch. It was the highlights of the entire meal. The drink comes with the all you can eat meal and it is so refreshing.

Food and meat is amazing, though pricy. Definitely recommend the dinner for the wider variety of options. Service was just a little bit lacking the times I've been here, but overall the place is great. My last visit here, waitress was nice and courteous, another employee was great in his frequency of replacing the grill plate, but the last guy who looked like he may be a supervisor was the only one that I wasn't a fan of service wise. Although it's all you can eat, if you order and leave too much uncooked or cooked meat, they apparently charge you, but I've never had an issue with leftover meat, so I'm not sure what their threshold for this is.

Came here during lunch, so service was fairly fast and attentive. The menu here wasnt as informative. When asked, the servers around didn't know the differences between meats. They just said it was "beef" or "pork", but didn't mention what part of the animal. We decided to try the marinated meats and they were overly salted. The bean paste soup was also very salty, so be sure to stay hydrated. Maybe that's how they get us full faster, Overall, it was still a good place to eat! But if you're okay driving a bit further, the I Can BBQ in Irvine is better.

The food was descent, service was good, and the only reason why I gave 1 star because we got charge a fee for having some leftovers. We wanted to take it home but they didn't have to go boxes. Sooo we paid for the food and got charge extra cause THEY don't have boxes. How is that fair??? Anyway...will not come back. FYI- all the roads is closed, lots of detour, definitely will be walking in circles just to find the place.

Came here last night for dinner after a long teacher's conference day. First off, the restaurant currently is on a street where parking is closed off so make sure to park in the nearby parking garage right behind the restaurant. My mom and I were seated promptly once we arrived to which our waitress (a Russian girl?) asked if we were ready just as we sat down. Um...no? How about giving us a couple of minutes? I told her I had to look at the menu since I was new to the restaurant. Somehow she misinterpreted that as I had never been to an all you can eat KBBQ restaurant in general. First round of meat, I ordered the brisket, beef tongue, beef liver, marinated short rib, and the fresh pork belly. Second round was bulgogi, baby octopus, thin pork belly, and more of the marinated short rib. What I do appreciate about the place is that for every order, you get quite a good portion of meat so you're not having to order like every few minutes. The marinated meats specifically were really good. (Hence the two orders of the marinated short rib). Honestly the food itself was really good all around. The banchan was alright. The japchae was cold/hard which was not the best. But I do like the fish cake, potato salad, and sweet potato banchan. The -1 star is seriously all on our waitress. In the middle of cooking, I kid you not, she comes over with an attitude trying to teach me how to cook the meat. Aside from the fact I'm Asian, I've been to AYCE KBBQ restaurants plenty of times in the Bay Area. She tells me the meat is burning (it wasn't.) and proceeds to say how I should be tossing everything onto the hot plate at once. I've seen people do that before but I've also seen people cook slowly when it's only two people eating with a big portion of food. I tell her thanks but that I know how to cook the meats. She keeps insisting her way is the best, and even offered to cook for us. Then for whatever reason, she decided to turn our heat down to the point it wasn't really cooking the meat since I had put on the marinated boneless short rib. This was a real "what the heck" moment as I felt like I had just gotten mansplained by our waitress but the culture edition of it. So I had to figure out how to turn the heat back on. Like, sweetie, I've probably been to an AYCE KBBQ restaurant for more years than you've been working there...seriously she just pissed me off. Anyways, that basically sums up the experience. I'd definitely go back for the food, but I can definitely also skip the attitude. Maybe best to try a different location one or something.
