The server looked like he was in a hurry, and ordered a waffle with mixed berries, I ended up getting something like it just came out of the freezer, and no fruit on top, only syrup. When I requested a replacement, the server was not very happy, he didn't check our table to see if we needed something else, and no napkins were provided, not the best experience.

Went for breakfast to celebrate my Brother's birthday ?. Food was delicious ?, service was good, had like a 50's vibe with the music ? they were playing not to bad an oldies type atmosphere. But they really gotta do something about the leaks. There was a leak in the waiting area and before leaving I used the restroom ? to find another leak in the bathroom stall close to toilet, a bit closer and I would have needed my umbrella ☔. ?Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking very close to entrance ?

There are other comments here about the customer service and they're absolutely right. I was sat down and handed menus. I waited 10 minutes before I was simply asked "What drink?" And was told my server would be there after I told her I was ready. I waited a bit more and decided this location didn't want to serve me so I started to leave. My server finally stopped me and said are you ready as I was walking out and I told them I was done.

First time visiting this location in Santa Ana. Ordered two breakfast combos and extra pancakes . Customer service was non-existent from beginning to end. Food was mediocre at best. the only item that saved the day was the pancakes. It's definitely a huge disappointment.
