The guy who took our order was fabulous, the nicest young guy. When I went to get my order, I observed another young guy help an elderly patron stand - she was having difficulty getting up from a booth, and the dude was a total gentleman. And byw the burgers were good, better than most other places.

I'm actually appalled that people think this is good! People, please go out and get an actual gourmet burger. My "burger" had a piece of meat skinnier than my finger, I'm not a fan of the sauce, and the pink lemonade barely tasted like pink lemonade. These guys always hustle here for being so busy, especially during the lunch rush hour. It is always a fast and great service. Food is always delicious. You can never go wrong here. Customer service is excellent, always greeted with a smile and very welcoming.

I went at rush hour when there was barely room to stand in the restaurant and still got my food in the 10 min marker. They were crushing it!

Super disappointing, not sure if management has changed or why the standards have dropped so far. Food wise the patties have been dry and fries are coming out oily and soggy lately. Oil looks really old or over used for cooking and they're not changing it as often as required.I expect this from other chains but not In n Out. The outside area is really dirty, parking lot needs to be pressure washed more frequently and inside area has a lot of dirty tables and messy floors which are being swept but not mopped. Standards have dropped and it starts with management or lack thereof. Corporate needs to get involved and find out what's going on here.
