It is so important that all fast food restaurants take cleanliness and food safety seriously. This location is nothing but filthy. From the front door (trash bin very filthy) to the inside of the restaurant (floors, trash bins and kitchen floors were dirty at the time of our visit, March 2024), the appearance made me feel like throwing up. Please keep your place clean.

Today I passed by and while I was in line waiting, a person came from the street and asked Kristina for a glass, she gave it to him. I don't agree because the person filled the glass with soda and his hands were very dirty and he touched the machine. If you want to give him It's okay, just let them fill the glass, I ordered and asked Kristina the cashier if #10 has mayonnaise and very sarcastic she answered yes and also tomato lettuce with mockery as if I were a fool and I asked for the medium combo and... question with potatoes? I tell him yes the complete combo and he asks me again with soda I tell him of course the complete combo was rude with a mocking attitude

I ordered a spicy grilled chicken wrap and I got Classic chicken wrap so I told the manager they gave me wrong order so she told the cooker to make spicy grilled chicken wrap as I was watching him he wasn't wearing no gloves and he over cooked my tortilla. I got my order right but it taste like crap with hard tortilla wrap. Then I saw there's a dead rat outside the jack in the box and fuck that I threw away my food. I couldn't eat it. Disgusting place.
