Food is good and place is good, but at night service is horrible, especially at the drive thru window. They always seem upset. It's ok because I still get my food, but tonight was different.I placed a mobile order and went to the drive thru to pick it up. I was at the speaker but no one responded aside from the initial greeting. After 2 minutes of no response I drove to the window. The employee was very angry and said I have to order at the speaker. I said I just had my order to pick up and they said I can give them my name through the speaker, even though I saw my order on their counter. I was forced to drive back around, again greet, but this time they responded. This level of pettiness is just unreal. Last time coming to this location at night.

This is the worst experience, they automatically up grade you to a higher price when you order small, the manager said I only have 2 choices medium or large if that's the case the menu and prices should specify those are the only options, they are just rising people off on purpose. I will never go there again!!!! Not to mention corporate office is always closed and wants you to open a account in order to make a complaint, jack in the box used to be good, not any more ? so they treat you anyway they want because there is nothing you can do about, so I say don't go there, if everyone finds some place else to they won't have any business and no complaints
Went in here (Christmas Day) Drive thru was busy, in door busy, didn’t help I had 5 combos to order….register attended me with happiness and a smile regardless of my complicated food request, she took care of it with courtesy and kindness. Time was fast! Less than 15 minutes they took! Not one thing forgotten. Manager made sure and doubled checked with staff to see if all items were inside. Was given an extra durable bag for all items. Thank you Jack Staff.

Beware of the bait and switch tactics used at the drive-through. I ordered the jumbo breakfast platter, and the sign said 7.99, I got to the window, and it's now 8.49. The employee who said he was in charge gave me excuses why its price change isn't reflected on the order screen. I told him that's illegal, and he said he couldn't change it or give me a discount. So they lost my business.

they gave me a totally different thing (chicken sandwich instead of homestyle ranch chicken club), and my drink taste was actually so awful (like a water with soap from public restroom..) please check your order after receiving it!!!

It’s ridiculous how jack in the box is now charging .25 cents per sauce!! What is this world coming to. I’ve lost hope in humanity because a multibillion dollar company is now wanting to get ahead by charging sauces.
