My experience would have been 100% AWESOME, if it wasn't for the overwhelming amount of crushed ice in my smoothie. Always make sure the ice is FULLY BLENDED before serving your customers. C'mon Jamba crew.

I've been coming to This place for a few months now and it is either super good or super bad. A 10$ Açaí Bowl should be a 10$ bowl not half filled with Açaí that's not why i'm paying 10$. I'm paying for a meal, not half a 10$ bowl of fruit. It's 50/50 Like i said it's good but depends who's working sometimes i'm more than happy with my order and sometimes it's the complete opposite. I can tell the training isn't equal between employees because they can't seem to make a bowl consistently. Nothing against the workers some of you guys are Great some are just not giving me 10$ worth.

Bad Customer Service! - I went last weekend evening and there was only one employee there. She had both earbuds on and was giving attitude like crazy, she was even rolling her eyes as I was ordering. I never seen such bad customer service like this before. I don't recommend going late in the evenings.

Have the rewards app and tried to redeem a reward and the associate said the reward wasn't popping up on her end and she can't do anything about it. No customer service, no intention to find a solution to the problem.

Came by at 7:40 pm and the door was locked. The sign on the door says they close at 8 pm. There was another person that had tried to get in at the same time.

I am really disappointed by the young lady who works at this location I asked her for fresh Orange juice but she said we stopped accepting any orders after 4pm for fresh orange juice What kind of service is this Really not happy

I was very unsatisfied with my order. I ordered me a white gummi and my husband a pink star and they made my order with melted ice cream. Our smoothies came out very watery and poor quality. Would not recommend this specific location. Poor customer service

I love coming here and getting my usual, a protein berry workout with soy protein and extra vitamins. I came to this particular store after an appointment. There was one gal in the store and she was sitting with her back to me at the computer eating her meal. She was about 30 feet away from me. I I tried to get her attention but my voice was too soft. She did acknowledge me after a few minutes. She thought the tone she heard was the previous customers leaving. I proceeded to order my protein berry smoothie. I wanted to get a $25 gift card and a five dollar bonus reward. The advertisement had no expiration date and was sitting on the counter by the register. Natalie proceeded to call her boss and I was told that the promotion ended yesterday, 12/27. I was denied the opportunity to get a $25 gift card and five dollar bonus card. I feel it is for customer service to keep the advertisement out with no expiration dates and not honor the advertisement.
