Came in this morning to get my matcha GREEN tea blast, worker Sunday March 10th totally didn’t make it right. I ordered online and she said I can’t get a refund. I been trying to get it online, but can’t get it. Went back in, asked worker and gives me attitude that doesn’t know how like you’re messing my order up the least you could do is find a solution. Horrible customer service. I don’t know what recipe she followed but this is not a matcha green tea blast!!

Seems like Jamba just fell off... Pre COVID era around 2013-2014 at least to me Jamba was very good, with better ingredients. NOW it's loaded down with sugar and artificial sweeteners. The service was good back then also. Now the seems like a bother to any employee at Jamba Juice to have to make smoothies. People are just irritated waiting for their drinks. Not enough seating either. Don't get me wrong I still enjoy a smoothie on a hot day but what would have been a 5 star review back then is BARELY a 3 star now. This is for most Jamba Juices not just this particular location.

They gave me an allergic reaction after I specifically told them I have a dairy allergy and asking them to double check on the ingredients. I asked the cashier if there was milk in the drink, she said no. I asked her to double check and she went to check an ingredient, came back, and moved on with taking our order. It did, in fact, contain milk and I had an allergic reaction. Waste of time and $9.

Placed an order online, wasn't ready when it said it was ready, when arrived they told me there was no strawberries so they never started my order because of that. Waste of time

I went into jamba juice and had a most pleasant experience ordering the simplest of things: a smoothie. And I am compelled to extend my utmost appreciation and sincerest gratitude to Roger who did not treat me as a good customer. Nay. I was treated as royalty for that is exactly how he made me feel from the casual conversation to the intuition applied making the smoothie. I'm guessing Roger saw tall, somewhat athletic male, seeking energy in the smoothie when I entered and was right. He catered to my demands instinctively and put together a incredibly nutrition dense smoothie.... I was blown away. No fluff, I was speechless. Thank you Roger.

The slowest service in the world, people literally stand in line for 15 minutes and because the line is not moving, they leave. One girl working alone on a weekend and cutting in front of you online orders. Really, really, slow, actually no movement in the 30 minutes. People are telling her she needs help, people are walking out, everyone is pissed. The girl is super nice and is moving super fast, doing her best, but by herself she can't move this line and losing a lot of business.

DON'T COME HERE!!!!! I only had a 30 minute lunch. I place my order then she takes 3 more orders, she's by herself not her fault but she does ALL 3 of their smothered first then after 14 mins gets to mine. I inform her I have 8 mins left on my lunch and just want a refund then she says she'll make mins real quick. Another 5 min later I get my bowl not filled up, no bananas and made just like it was, rushed. F this place. On my dead family I will never return to this establishment. Worse run business I've ever experienced. How are they still open? 3 people walked out while I was there. Don't come here

I don't like strawberries and I tell them when I ordered but they were added a strawberry to my smoothie. Maybe I have a allergy? What do you think about that ?!?

What in the actual ef. I'm under the weather and decided to stop for a orange c booster. First shock, paper cups. 2nd shock the worker was not very happy - drink ? Size ? Is that it ? Ok total is $9.59. Uh thanks. Maybe she didn't see me through her lashes. Proceed to wash my hands in the restroom and as I opened the door - no toilet paper, trash spewing fr the large bin and literal smell of poop. I was gagging so bad my eyes were watery. Outta here.

Disappointed. Did mobile order. Walked in for pickup. I went straight to cash register and waited to be greeted. Waited 7-8 minutes to grab my drink that was already ready for me the moment I walked in.There is a lack of efficiency, customer service, and efficiency here. Maybe it was only during this moment, but seems inefficient to me. Also, they messed up the ingredients in my drink.Still a fan of Jamba, maybe avoid this location if you have options. Maybe avoid this location at Peak hours.

Skyler needs to get retrained or the system failed her. They have no idea how to do refunds when you place your order online and she tried to pay it off as I only ordered one item when I ordered two.

Estrella took my order and was very polite with helping me find what smoothie I wanted. She was very quick as well and made my smoothie perfectly. On top of that the store seemed very clean and sanitary. I will be coming back again.
