I was trying to get a cake done for my wife, and they weren't very accommodating and quite rude. I wanted to work with them and see if they had any other suggestions or ideas, but they wouldn't budge and frankly, I would've been okay with any cake, but they weren't even okay with that.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my cakes 3 weeks ago and paid the full expensive amount up front and my party was today! Long story short the lady FORGOT TO MAKE MY CAKES! She gave me the excuse of a family member having cancer and that she found out 10 days ago. I myself have a family member who has cancer but if I had a business I would be professional and let my customers know that I wouldn't be able to do my job so they had time to find somewhere else that could help them. So basically she had 10 days to tell me that she would not be able to make my two sons bday cakes and definitely did not tell me so I was forced to go to the store and get cakes that didn't match our theme an hour before my party. My sons and I were so upset because we based the theme of the party around the cakes that they picked out. I definitely would not go to this place unless you want to pay for something that you will not receive! So unprofessional!

Can I just say OMG jojo is literally wonderful and the sweetest person ever? The communication is on point and she is very honest with her work. My immediate family has ordered cakes with her before so asking her to make my father's 50th birthday cake was a no brainer. I opted for a vanilla cake with a lemon yuzu filling with strawberries. The design was based off of my father's favorite TV show Supernatural. I texted her to make sure the date I wanted was available and she was very fast in responding. She answered all my questions and was very accommodating! 100% would order again

I ordered a cake for my mom's 70th birthday from JoJo Cakes!!! I found a cake design online that I sent to them - they told me they wouldn't be able to match it exactly but would come close! Let me just say it was EXACTLY like the one I sent them! It was beautiful! All of the party guests commented on how good the cake was - a few saying it was the best they had ever tasted! Thank you for helping to make my mom's party such a success!

JoJo was easy to work with and the cake turned out perfect. It tasted as good as it looked. I chose vanilla cake with fresh strawberry filling (for an extra charge), the cake itself was so moist. Everyone, including the birthday girl was pleased. I mean, what more can you ask for?
I really have no words with the amount she is now deciding to charge. I've hired her for a cake in the past. Although not yummy it was beautiful. However, I just requested to have a two tier cake made and she is charging $525 for a two tier cake with no flowers serving 50 people. That's $10.50 per slice while the national average on stacked cakes are $5 per slice! Save your money for other party expenses and get a pretty cake elsewhere. This is also considering she is making cakes from an industrial window producing business not from a legit bakery. Update: I sent a picture of this cake to another bakery that I had ordered from before and was charged $210. How mind blowing. The greed is strong with this one.

I couldn't believe the frozen cake I got for my daughters 3rd birthday! She loved it so much! I got cookie butter filling that was delicious! Will use this bakery again in the future! Thank you JoJo!
