We were just going in to get some ice cream. waiting for it after a very long day we walked in, we were getting helped by this young lady 20 minutes before closing. you guys can check the cameras, please do so. She walked up to us and was gonna take our order and completely walked away for no reason, very disrespectful, even co-workers said what was the problem. So another lady came to come and help us and she did an amazing job but I just want to understand why the lady walked away. That was a very disrespectful and I give it one star.

They have a great variety here. Their fruity pebbles ice cream tastes amazing. There's fruity pebbles in every bite. The watermelon aqua fresca is the best I have ever tasted. I would also recommend trying it has a michelaqua. The equites are good too but I would recommend it on a stick.

The worst customer service! I came with my mom to have a good dessert but little did we know the two older ladies gave us big as attitude. I order a chicharrón with everything: the chicharrón was past due, when they added avocado left the avocado peel, and mad dog us the whole time. I didn't spend little for them to even treat us like dirt. I work in customer service & that's clearly NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Went in with the family. Around 9 pm. They close at 10 pm. They were cleaning, it's always clean but I would imagine they just died down after a rush. But my experience was great we all got what we wanted n the customer service is always great. If you haven't been here stop by and enjoy some really awesome LA Michoacana Ice Cream
