I would not be coming here again I called in for a large pizza cheese sticks and spicy wings. I received not good pizza good cheese sticks but HORRIBLE wings they tasted a day old and really REALLY DRY not only that there's someone else name and address on top of the wings. Meaning that the wings were for someone else probably from yesterday.

Play sucks don't eat here they never answer the phones I called in ordered two pizzas they took my card information and then just hung up on me now I have to go all the way to the store and ask them if they have my order correct

I tried calling to place an order and at first they picked up only to hang up on me. I tried again & they just had me on hold, so I placed an order online. I bought the gigante that came with a free soda (that's the special they were having) when I went to go pick it up & asked for the free soda, they told me I didn't purchase one? There was a sign outside literally saying you get a free with a purchase of a gigante. This place always has the worst customer service. The only people that give good customer service are the delivery drivers.

Don't ever order on phone. Customer service is so bad. Rude cashier , hang up on customer. Doesn't know how to speak properly. Highly don't recommend, go somewhere else , don't waste your money here.
First of all, i tried for over 30 minutes to call and get a human to answer the phone to take my order. Then i tried to order online. The store wasn't taking orders online at the time. When i finally go thru, i ordered for my pizza, which i may add, they had no bacon topping (they ran out). Delivery. Now i find out that they use Door Dash. So now i have to trust some random person handling my food?!? Maybe if the idiot taking my order would've mentioned Door Dash, i would've canceled my order. Never again.

I'm very upset, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place at all, I was missing 1 large pizza with my delivery, when I called the location which is the one in Santa Ana on McFadden ave The assistant manager did not apologize at all she begin by saying I would have to wait for the delivery driver to get back after he delivers all the ones he has for him to come back and deliver the one he should of deliver correctly in the first place, I told the assistant manager which her name is Miriam, to place her self in my shoes which she then answer, by saying when you work in the food industry your perspective changes, which I told her I hAve worked in the food industry and the first thing they teach you is to apologize to the customers when there order is incorrect And there is a mistake. Do not order from this place very bad customer service

How do I even give a half first star? I placed an order online and it said 15 minutes but in result I showed up for my order and started Waiting 40 minutes sitting on their bench I asked her the status on my order. When I did she said they were already making it ten minutes. Asked again they were "cutting it" 20 Minutes later I asked miss Marian P again who happens to be manager on duty And she said " I'm just telling u what they tell me " I peek my head a lil into the kitchen and they are barely making my pizza. 1 FUCKEN PIZZA MAN.

Walked in to grab a supreme pizza. This place is a chaos!!! Place is so out of order, employees screaming everywhere, trays falling. Overall ruckus. Order took forever to come out. A lot of people complaining as well. Disappointment overall
