We doordashed Chicken Katsu, Macaroni Salad, and Spam Musubi. They're open late at night which is pretty nice! I believe this is a ghost kitchen but they're still so delicious and give generous portions! One of my go to spots to order. Chicken Katsu (5/5): Macaroni salad is creamy and delicious, pairs well with the rice and katsu. Katsu is crispy, moist, and well seasoned. We love how much katsu comes in one box! Its enough for two people to share and still have leftovers. Spam Musubi (3/5): Spam was really soft and a bit undercooked. Lots of rice compared to spam ratio.

Late night food that isn't terrible is a rarity in of itself. Quality Hawaiian BBQ late at night is about as rare as the lochness monster. Ordered this place 1 am on a Saturday night. Food was unreal and price was reasonable. If you're ordering from any place on the weekend past 11 pm other than here what are you doing. Katsu and short ribs 10/10. Even the late night Mac salad was unreal

The chicken katsu was mushy and all bread, hardly any meat. The quality tastes fake and plasticky. The rice was hard too. Never eating here again.

It's 11:00pm and I just had some quality katsu chicken delivered. The sauce was included at no extra charge. I highly recommend this Hawaiian bbq.

I ordered the Hawaiian BBQ Mix Combo and they really loaded the meat in this plate. Surprisingly decent Hawaiian bbq spot at this ghost kitchen. I had low expectations coming here, but it satisfied my craving being the only one opened late. Unfortunately, they charge extra for sauce and with the price you paid would figure it would be free.
