The food was great, but the service was disappointing and to top it off the McFadden location advertised a free cake if you left a review and when I requested mine I was told they are no longer doing that they could only offer me a crepe. Unpleased but trying not to be difficult I accepted only to be made to wait 15+ plus minutes. To add to that the each table had a sign promoting a free dessert for a review and when I walked outside the sign they handwrite and take out each day said FREE CAKE FOR A REVIEW which I brought up to the waitress as I continued to Waite for the crepe and requested I be given a cake as advertise and she declined again. I brought up the false advertising and requested she ask her manager instead she returned with a creep. So disappointed. Please fix your advertising and do not promise something you cannot keep up with. Unsure of I will return at this point.

Date: 02/09/24When I arrived at the loaded café today at 3:15, I was informed that we were not allowed to sit down since they were shutting in 45 minutes. The loaded café closes at 4 o'clock. I didn't notice any signage saying that I was no longer offering services for people to sit down and eat starting at 3:15. They told that taking the food home was our only choice.Although I have been there a few times and have always loved the food, I will never return because of the service I experienced today. I've never received worse customer service than I did from that.

This place was raved about so I thought I’d give it a try. It was hardly busy yet took 10 min before we were even offered drinks. Server came 10 min later and took our order. I got the eggs/bacon/hasbrown and waffle combo.Eggs were cold and rubbery. Hasbrowns were nice and brown on the inside, mushy inside. Bacon was good though. Waffle was served without butter. When I asked for butter I realized my waffle was cold. Spreading cold butter on a cold waffle is something that can’t be done without annihilating the waffle. And I never send food back to get warmed up or otherwise. It should be served correctly the 1st time.Dont waste your time or money, this place isn’t worth either.

They neglected us for a long time, the waitress took a long time to approach the table and the place was alone. Lastly, another waitress reluctantly charged us because the one who was serving us disappeared.
The concha’s are delicious as you wait for your food. My favorite is the green chilaqueles.

In town visiting for the Disney marathon and this place is super popular but also really good food! Service is great, a bit understaffed tho so wait times can be a bit longer but overall the wait isn’t too bad. Good came out hot and delicious!
