The food is okay for a meal on the go. Their service is the worst. The female employees are super rude and have 0 customer service skills. To top it off management doesn't listen to customer suggestions on the quality of service. I will never go back to this place due to the poor quality of service. If I can I would give them negative stars for my review.

Great burger joint. Come here quite often for the club sandwich but today I got tje CA Burger. Burger with bacon and avocado. This burger was actually good. Veggies were fresh. Lettuce was crisp. Overall, great place, great food!
Best burgers in town, hands down. We live closer to dukes on Fairview, but will make the drive across town for lucky guys burgers My favorite are their fries Service is good, fast and friendly Ambiance is loud and somewhat fast paced but it is in a busy street. We will always come back to lucky guys.

I've been wanting to try this place because it's always packed in the early morning, lunch, and dinner!! I can see why I loved it honestly it was so tasty and way better than a fast food burger. I had the pastrami which was a 10/10 and the bacon burger was so good and the fries were super crispy!! I also had the zucchini which was amazing. The way the seating and parking is makes it easy to navigate for being a corner spot .

One of the hidden Gems of Santa Ana, Amazing Services & food is fresh & Never takes long . If a table isn't clean the girls working our so sweet just ask & they always have a smile & I've never had an issue when it comes to the customer service. I actually keep coming back cause of the level of service compared to other places in Santa Ana I never felt like I was bothering them when walking in or placing an order. I haven't found a burger spot In Santa Ana that can top their customer service they even bring the food to your table. They have tvs & plenty of seating inside & outside
