Had 5 different items and they all were bad. The dipping sauces were bland, as were all the items. The vintage dumplings had no seasoning, neither did the Fried Mac and cheese, the tater tots tasted like oil, and the bulgogi rice meat was overcooked and the sauce tasted like fish. I didn't have one good thing, which is a shame. Even the service was bad because it was one guy running everything and he was clearly in the weeds. Would never recommend this.

My daughter was so excited to have some good dumplings ? . We were soooo disappointed . All 5 of us didn’t fished the food . The pork belly dumplings were too salty. The rice was hard still not cooked . The totes were all burn. Overall the food wasn’t what tik tok said !

I had Mad Dumplings come to serve at a work event last night, and they are as good as I remembered. Many of our team members have been raving about them since last night. Both their Vintage Dumplings and Fried Chicken Dumplings are the bomb! Great dumplings and dipping sauces plus super friendly service!!

The food truck was awesome. I booked them for a company event and ended up getting the wrong date. Not only did Fen and team show up on time, they put on a spectacular food service. They were beyond easy to work with, and I had over 100 happy employees. We will certainly be catering with them in the future and greatly appreciate how smooth they operate! The fried chicken dumplings stood out as the most unique with great flavor while the other offerings were superb in flavor and texture. WHAT A WONDERFUL find for us!

I really love this place - easy lunch and the combo meal is the best deal around. Lunch for under $10! And you feel really full afterwards. If you sign up for their email mailing list, they also send great deals....love getting those emails.

the food truck was there. Not sure if it's because it was a food truck or what but the food wasn't good at all. The turkey dumplings was gummy and bland. The " soy sauce " he gave me for dipping just taste like oil. The meat inside had no Flavor at all. One side was very crispy but the other side was gummy and not dumpling gummy like under cooked gummy. The bulgogi bowl wasn't much better. They put a spicy mayo on top which completely ruined the bowl. It doesn't taste good with the mayo on it. The meat itself was over cooked and under seasoned. Some parts of the meat was so over cooked it was crispy. The rice was probably the best tasting thing. It had a nice little flavor to it, but the rest was a big no no. Sorry not sorry I don't think I would be returning to this place. Updated: they tried to remove this remove. Listen the dumplings are not good at all.

I was skeptical of a non traditional dumpling, but damn was I wrong. Tried chicken and cheese, longganisa and turkey, they were great! Also, the French fries with bulgogi was incredible. I must say the amount of food for the price is really good. The vibe is nice as well. A+

This was the only food truck that had a long line in downtown Disney so decided to get in line to try it. Boy, did it surpass my expectations! Everything was delicious and I don't have a sweet tooth but the Nutella dumplings hit the spot!!
