Cool little mall here in Santa Ana, Ca. My first time here, I needed to waste an hour and a half and I was around the area. It’s rare for me being around the Santa Ana area, I just don’t really have a reason to go lol.Saturday between 10 am - Noon. Plenty of parking. I used the structured parking lot. According to my daughter who used to frequent this mall, there some new shops inside.Very clean, very pleasant atmosphere. Grab your Starbucks drink and shop around. I did a lot of window shopping today lol. Good selection of shops. Good food court area. Cinema inside.Worth the visit!

Love this mall it's got a lot of stores to shop in different type of retailers very good employees they keep it very clean and the food court is amazing bless the man that does the massages in the middle area of the mall is amazing

Malls used to be just a mall until the past couple of years when they became more and more vacant. This mall has destination places in it. Took my son to a giant claw machine where he gets to be the claw grabbing a toy, there is a ninja warrior course here, anime stores, a decent food court and lots of other great stores. The entrance we went in had a chill area with games and seating. It was clean and didn't feel threatening.

So many stores to visit. If you are looking for Smiski and Sonny Angels, you will find them here (ofc with the price jacked up). Lots of little anime stores. I recommend going to Mr. Waffle for unas aguas frescas. They have a good selection of flavor to choose from.

Your typical mall experience, with a notably cheap theater showing months old movie right above the food court. Personally, I like the selection of food at the food court more than other nearby malls. Great place to dodge the heat, pretty pedestrian shopping experience though.
I love the smell of commerce in the morning!But seriously this is a good mall.No animals were harmed in the creation of this review.

This is my go to mall. It has everything you could need from a mall and is usually nice and clean. I enjoy stopping by to shop or just walk around and grab a snack.The only drawback I do have is the mall is supposed to open at 10 but when I arrived at 10:15 many stores were still closed. I was in a rush and was not able to go to the store I needed. Something to keep in mind if you need to go right at opening.
