Scammers. I’ve ordered food to go and a large cappuccino. Thank God I’ve opened the cup to check the coffee - it was a regular coffee which is 3 times cheaper. I asked them to provide me cappuccino but I was told machine does not work, so they just tried to rip me off. Had to ask for a refund. Manager did not even apologize.Fries were soggy…Patio outside is all taken by multiple homeless persons and management does nothing about it. I would recommend to avoid this place.

The worst customer service ever i used the McDonald's app and ordered lunch for my kids. My son went down there to go pick it up and they would not let him pick it up because he did not have my phone with him even though he had a screenshot with the order number and the order on it. so I had to leave work and go pick it up by then my food was cold. The employees were rude and had no customer service at all.

Went through drive thru at 6pm to order sundaes and was told "we aren't serving ice cream this evening". Had to drive to the other closest McDonald's next to Costco in Fountain Valley to get ice cream. What's next? "We're not serving fries this evening??"

This is a zero star review because the rude ass lady on the DT window has zero customer service. You'd think at 40yrs old a DT job would be easy for this lady but she obviously takes he hate about her job out on the customers. she refused to give us our Uber order and it turns out we weren't the first Uber Driver to go pick up the order, she refused other people, and from what we last know from the person who ordered the McDonald's, they had been waiting over two hours for their food! My advice, if you see this review order somewhere else, don't even waste your time and money here
