This airport McDonald’s at terminal B is hit or miss. I’ve gotten food poisoning twice in two months when I order a burger. Chicken seems to be safe, though.Service is always great. These folks work hard to get the food out fast to folks in a hurry getting on their flights.

LOCATED AT TERMINAL B BY GATE 12 IN FRONT OF STARBUCKS. I am a huge fan of convenience so you can imagine my frustration when it comes to the mobile app not working for this location. I took a 5pm flight so the traffic was pretty standard. Decent amount of workers there and seemed to come out quickly. I loaded the app to see what deals existed and was excited to see that they had quite a few. Loaded my app and initiated payment and an error kept occurring. I decided to wait in line and found out that they "don't accept coupons." Okay... I've literally never heard that before. I asked why the app would say that they accepted it but the kid didn't have an answer. I mean this doesn't come from him, he doesn't make the rules so there was no point in arguing. So if you plan on making this visit efficient and you're looking to use some deals then this location is not it for you. (15/100--2023)

This McDonald's is the worst out of all of the McDonald's out there the service there is so slow and the store doesn't use the McDonald's app so if you want to use a deal from the McDonald's app you can't also the food is mediocre.
Headed out on a busy Monday morning and Christian Anderson have 110% service with a smile! The line was at least 15 people deep and he continuously told Everyone with a smile on his face that he would be right with them. He was working the register and the coffee machine all by himself. The ladies in the back were hustling so hard trying to get the food out as quick as possible. Unfortunately the coffee machine broke in the middle of him making coffees. He smiled and said- I'm so sorry the hot coffee machine is broken but can I offer you iced? This guy had minimal help and continue to give great customer service in a conflict. He deserves a raise and a huge thank you!

This location is conveniently located in front of gate 5. It is rather small and thus you will encounter long lines. I ordered coffee and I was in and out in a breeze. Unfortunately that was not the case I observed with other patrons ordering food There is a few dine-in tables. Quality is what you expect at eatiers such as these. Unfortunately, I was told this location does not participate in Mc Donald's rewards.

Didn't realized spicy McChicken's are back. Pro tip: Add mac sauce + french fries in it, this is how I ate my McChicken's since childhood. The spicy McChicken has a little kick to it, but honestly I wouldn't consider it spicy although I can't say the same for non ethic people, their tolerant might be lower. Convenient to have a McDonald's right next to our gate being so late and hungry. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:)
