I ordered extra sweet and sour sauce with my meal because 3 sauces is not enough for 20 nuggets. I placed the order on your mobile app and happy to pay extra, like I do at other locations. Your location decided to charge me 0.00, and not give me the sauces. When I asked the employee, she looked at my receipt, said the app charged me 0.00 for the extra sauces so she cannot give them to me. I said it’s not my fault your app charged me 0.00 but I ordered it… she said she would give me the sauces after I placed a new order to pay for the 2 extra sauces with her. I was so embarrassed because Mobile was the only form of payment I had available. It is in my order history that I have paid for my 2 extra sauces every other order when your system worked. This is the most ridiculous incident I have ever had at McDonald’s or any restaurant.

If there is one thing this McDonald's does well its delivering consistency. No matter what time of day I visit their customer service, speed, and food quality is always the same. I'm in and out of the drive thru in less than 4 minutes with the correct order, friendly service and fresh hot food (as far as fast food goes). Props to the management team and crew, you're all doing a great job ?? thank you. ? Also, they have the best fries!

Ordered the big Mac pack and got no sauces. Despite ordering them. And also only gave me like 3 ketchup packets. So yeah. Fair waring very stingy with sauces.

I've been here a few times so my rating isn't just based on this one visit. The service is kinda slow. I've stood at counter for minutes before I've gotten addressed or acknowledged.Parking: Its at a business center so there's parking just not right next to the building so you'll have to walk a few more steps. Lol
