Worst service ever. Couldn't get deliveries and basically had to beg to get ice cream to fill up my store. We just stopped trying. Prices to high as well.

Management was overwhelmed couldn't keep up with truck maintenance. Always switching up routes last minute. If you are a customer of this company and never got you're Oder in time it's because they don't have the product or it's late or they gave out the truck to the wrong person. You learn by doing mistakes and it's you're fault. Mid route they want to do maintenance on trucks, and they want you to still finish the route. Pay isn't that good too. Very bias and has he's family working there. Only good thing is the OT. I wish I had taken pictures of the inside of the trucks. Sometimes the trucks don't keep the cold in and the manager still make you deliver the items. So if you buying from them I make sure you check the product.

If you missed it we're rainbows are made of, now look no more, because to some this is the holy grail. To others it's the best deal in town especially if you work with kids or let's just say a school site. This is the ice cream deal. The neighborhood is industrial-hood so it is nothing fancy. They might have a lobby but I never had had to go inside. Very fast service at wholesale. Pretty straight forward. Great for teachers party kid deals! For sure any party of group of people. Lets face it everyone loves ice cream! Enjoy! Easy parking.

I called this place because I had an upcoming event that I wanted to provide ice cream for. From the first call to the day of delivery they were exceptionally professional and helpful. I even called a few times to change my order. They were so patient and understanding. They have a wide variety of product and really took the time to help me choose the proper items within my budget. Delivery was on time and effortless. I would highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Melodee, I was there to purchase items for a birthday party and was able to get quite a few items. Chips, candy, and ice cream. Very fast and friendly service.

Hey owner! I have been shopping from you for almost 5 years and I have been experiencing some weird customer services lately. Is it not any rules for you to follow? I have been told that I can't buy any ice cream since I am not parking my truck in your parking area any more. Even though I have all your stickers on my ice cream truck and logically I have to buy everything from you. If this is a general rule to be applied to everyone, why some people still can buy things while they don't park in Mel-O-Dee parking lot (I know some of them myself). This is not fair at all!!!!

She harras working people, poor customer service. Also a racist. Will never do business buy from shop. This lady harasses working people who buy products from her store. Your customer service is horrible. He is also racist and discriminates against humble and hard-working people. I will never do business with her or buy from her stall.
