Cookies are OK, I came and got a half dozen & it said it was $13, which I thought was pretty pricey in the first place, and then, when she rang me up it came out to almost $15! I didn't realize they charge an extra $1.50 for one cookie upgrade, which is the Oreo one. I don't think I'll come back.

It's wild to me that a dessert place in California does not have calories listed. Couldn't even find them on the website either and although it might sound stupid I would like to know how many calories a cookie is so I know it's within my cheat parameters.The cookies themselves were tasty but the service was pretty bad, I walked in and nobody was at the front for a solid 5 minutes.Overall I would go back, but please find out the calories, even the people working there don't know and that's a big issue, and I'm pretty sure against the law in California (California menu-law since 2009)
When you walk in you can smell all the yumminess! Cookies are simply delicious! The vibe is so cute too! Love the wall! And the workers were very welcoming and helpful :)

2nd visit here. Ice cream was great the first time, I don't recall if I tried the cookies. Got a couple cookies tonight and, while warm and gooey, they were too gooey. The center is actually still raw. Flavors are there, I like what they're going for. But sadly I had to throw out the best part of the cookie - the center :( I would be willing to try again assuming this was an anomaly.

I have always been a fan of milk and cookies and have been a loyal customer for a long time. The past few times I have online ordered my cookies via the milk and cookies app I have ordered Southern Pecan. Whenever I come to pick up my order I am informed that they no longer sell the cookie. The girls working tonight were very help and accommodating. They were very helpful when trying to pick replacement cookies. I am very disappointed that they no longer sell the cookie, but why would it still be on the app!

The dessert itself is amazing ! But this location is always disappointing. They are always out of something and the ice cream is melty . The staff is bland ,Worst location and I've been to all of them ! The best one is Newport . I travel from the valley to get milk and cookies and then they don't have any of the regular items but definitely recommend
Same concept as Insomnia Cookies in UCI but Insomnia Cookies come in a pizza box like container to keep cookies warm.

Do not waste your time checking in here for a "sticker". Not sure why they post it when they do not have it for months, per staff. There is no place to sit inside. It is very clean though. There was not anyone at the register and the whole store was empty when I pulled the door open on a Monday late afternoon. Once I walked over to view the menu, a young lady came out and assist me with making selection of my cookies. As soon as I finished paying, the staff immediately got called and she quickly walked to the back room. The cookies tasted deliciously gooey and warm. However, the price, I am not sure if I want to pay $15 for 6 cookies often. Maybe for a treat here and there but definitely not often. They only tasted soft the first day. They hardened up the next day. I did not try their ice creams on this day. As for the milk, I am used to buying glass milk bottles at Sprout and recycle the bottles with Sprout so I did not want to spend $4 for a small glass bottle of milk here. They all look very delicious. Parking: inside a shopping plaza so there are plenty parking spaces.

I love this place. I love cookies, and their S'mores cookie had me searching the internet for a recipe i could try at home. Couldn't find anything close, so I'm back here almost every weekend for some cookies. The peanut butter and the blueberry lemon are also favorites in this house. The kids also love the milks and ice cream. My son prefers the Costa Mesa location because they have toppings for their ice cream, and the Fullerton location doesn't. But the quality is consistent.
