In the Korean Dogs there’s supposed to be beef sausage but instead they used a Hot Dog instead of the Beef Sausage in my Korean Dog. The Donuts were perfect, but dude, you can’t fool anyone with a Hot Dog, it doesn’t taste right. Any other Mochinut I’ve been to, does it right. I was upset.

It's ridiculous that they won't sell single donuts. Some of us are on diets, some have small appetites, some of us are anti-social, some of us might be having financial hardship. I myself have a problem with self control sometimes. If I buy three donuts, I'm going to overeat and then feel sick. A person should be able to walk into a donut shop and buy a single donut. It is not an unreasonable expectation. Imagine if you went to go buy any other item, let's say a shirt or a garden gnome. You only need one but the store clerk says "NOPE! If you want that item, you need to buy three". It's ridiculous. I'm not the only one who finds this policy annoying. And then the owner leaves a silly reply about it being due to the nature of the business. Lol! Literally every other donut shop in the world sells single donuts so cut the crap. I won't be buying any donuts here, that's for sure. I am sick of greedy companies and nonsensical "rules". There are plenty of legit, high quality single pastries in Orange County.

This is a part 2, the three hotdogs WERENT even the right kind and when I asked for a free donut for the 40 minute wait he was trippin

They took half an hour for a few Korean corn dogs. Didn't even get to enjoy my lunch before break ended. Anywhere else I have been they are super quick even during a rush! You can't even buy a single donut. That's why they are all sitting there you have to buy packs. There is one worker at a time.

Found a bug in my drink, I thought they accidentally put a boba ball in there so I didn't think much till the ice melted. Do not go here

Im not really sure how you can justify not having the product that your store is named after ready to go when you open but that's what happened here today. I drove quite a way to pick these up for my kid but when I got there a man came from the back and informed me that they didn't have any donuts and they wouldn't be ready for about 45 minutes. Call me crazy but if you open your store at 10 then you need to get there before 10 to make sure you are ready to go. It was also very frustrating that there was no effort made to make it right. Maybe something like if you come back later we'll throw in an extra donut or a drink. Even a sorry would have been somewhat acceptable.

I love Mochinut and wanted to pick some up for a birthday. There was a variety of mochinut to choose from, and we loved every flavor! My favorite was the Ube Snow (the purple one with powdered sugar). The line was super short for a Sunday, and service was fast and friendly. They have chairs and tables to enjoy your mochinuts there, but I took mine to go so that I wasn't late.

I had a random craving for a cream, corn dog and I passed by Motrin and decided to stop to get one. Are usually go for the potato mozzarella dog and it did not disappoint. I've tried Muci not before on Melrose in Los Angeles, California, but this one beat it through the roof. I know that this location is a newer location, but in my opinion, it was way better than Ellies location on Melrose, highly recommend for you to come and try the Korean corn dogs and donuts. He made it super fast and it was super hot and fresh

I got the mochi donuts and a milk tea. The donuts were nice and chewy. I took a star away because of the milk tea. It really thick like chocolate milk, premade so you can't adjust the sweetness, and despite it was served over ice it was warm. Yuck. I'd come back for the donuts but not the milk tea.

Workers need serious training. This is a health hazard. Uncooked fully and made my family seriously ill. This is the 3rd time that we've come to this Mochinut in Santa Ana, and without fail, each time we have received uncooked Korean hot dogs. Will not be returning. Will be filing a complaint with the CA Dept. of Public Health.

Really good donuts love that they were a mocho consistency. The cashier in the front with the curly hair was very sweet and offered assistance in helping us choose flavors. Definitely recommend this place!

Two stars for the girl up front. First time here and was really surprised as we were the only ones there. I could easily understand why...Mochinut were cold and flavor was bland. I also ordered the Korean corn dogs and placed the order at 6:00pm, it took 20 minutes to come out , multiple trips by the girl upfront to see what was going on and again we were the only people there. She apologized many times and said it's not the normal. Not sure what's going on but I wouldn't waste my time or money on this place again. At least I can say I tried it but I can also give a real review to friends and family. Not worth it unfortunately.
