I can’t tell if it’s the best birria as it’s the only one I had so far. In any case it was delicious and generous comfort food! Very disappointed at how they handled my wrong order just now at the taco truck stand in the Cypress swap meet. Kid (Jesse) at the counter messed up my order and instead of admitting fault he says they can't do anything about it. I've been coming here for years with my parents and I always order the carnitas tacos with no onion and no cilantro. I was seating by when my mother clearly says "no verdura" on the tacos and when the tacos were handed they had verdura. I had to remove every little piece of onion and cilantro one by one in order to eat them. By the time I finished picking out the onion and cilantro, the tacos were cold. I don't ever write reviews, but this interaction did not sit right with me and I did not appreciate the kid saying that I was the wrong one.

Holy crap this place is so delicious, probably the best Mexican food by far that I've had in oc. My favorite is the gobornador which is shrimp and cheese tacos. It was sautéed in a some garlic sauce and served piping hot. Bessst shrimp taco I've ever had. Easily. The xolo tacos were delicious as well with the consomme And a couple bites of crunchy marinated carrots. Everything was on point. Cabesa tacos were unctuous as well. I'm coming back to try other things because all of it was so so good. Definitely worth coming here.

Tacos Gobenador are seriously the best shrimp tacos I've ever had. This place is fire everything else was excellent too (cebeza taco, cholo tacos, and beans and rice). Business owners are also really nice

I really liked the food here. It is heavy food not something you can eat everyday but it is good. I I especially can appreciate when the food is served hot not just warm. The chili on the outside of the tacos just gives the food and the militas a better flavor I really enjoyed everything we ordered. The tacos al gobernador weren't my favorite but I'm not the best judge for those being that seafood is not my favorite food so don't take my word for it but the one thing I do know is that they're hot sauce was not so good sorry I hate saying negative things but the flavor of the food is phenomenal! And if your indecisive about what to try choose the mulita enchilada with carne asada

I Bought 3 Pupusas, 2 Chicharrón and 1 Bean and Cheese They Were Just Dough, they Were Good Regardless but for 4$ a Pop I kinda feel Ripped off if all the Pupusas were just Thin Masa.
