My family has frequented Olive Gardens in Washington and California and it's generally pretty good but tonight's service was exeptional from the moment we walked in. Accidently skipped over the survey on the tablet so just wanted to share some feedback on here. Our server, Alexandro was extremely nice, super enthusiastic and very attentive. Didn't catch the managers name but she came by and checked on us and so we felt well taken care of.Good service really does make a difference in the dining experience.

If you’re looking for The Authentic Taste of Oliver Garden and a very great and wonderful restaurant than this Olive Garden is the perfect place for you and the family. Not only is their customer service one of the best I have seen at an Olive Garden in years, but one of the freshest made food. Our food was right out of the oven with fresh bread and soup. The manager was very kind and noticeable at all times, asking if we needed any at all and this was at a busy time it was busy but everyone (staff was in great manners and very respectful as well as courteous. Thank you again we will be visiting again. ???PS the Tour of Italy with Mushrooms is amazing ?
They try their best to give you good service. I appreciate that a lot. The evening I went, we had a server in training so there were other servers helping him out. When he told us the dofferent soups, I wish the trainers would have corrected him (at least in private) about how to pronounce some of the names of the dishes that were typical Italian restaurant staples like minestrone soup. The server pronounced it as "mine strone" instead of MIN-uh STRO-nee. Servers were very friendly as were the hosts at the front.

Forgot my sunglasses on the table I call back to let them know about it they ask me for a description of them gave the description they said they had it ask them to hold them that I would pick them up next day I went next day and they said they didn’t have I asked them to review surveillance cámaras they said they couldn’t because they don’t have surveillance talk to a few people they said they could not help me cuz they just didn’t have have anymore

I came here to celebrate a 6 year anniversary. We received outstanding service from a server named Alex. He went above and beyond to give us the best service with a great attitude. I would rate this experience 10/10 out of any Olive Garden I have been too.
