They need to change their hours online, went and tried to order a pizza just after 8pm on a Sunday and I was told they "aren't taking any more orders at this time". At the very least have accurate hours if your employee want to leave earlier, not a lot to ask I don't think

The last two times I went here there’s been people inside begging me for money. Its bad enough the food is overpriced. It’s not somewhere I’d want to sit down and eat. The place is also kind of jankie like an old 90s bar with old arcade games.
I ordered a personal pizza and wings. I placed my order over the phone. Gave my information, 30 min go by I got my pizza delivered. The driver stated that he tried to call me because he couldn't enter to my apartment complex gate. I checked my phone, no miss calls. I looked at my receipt, they had my old cellphone number. When I placed my order I gave them my new number and told them "Have the driver call me if he can't enter my apartment". It was miscommunication between the cashier and the driver. So I call an hour later so they can update my information, the employee that picked up said he couldn't help because they were about to close. How long does it take to type my cellphone # down. I don't think I'm going to order from this location.

I don't know where to start... I'm very disappointed I was expecting more from a $30+ pizza and wings...the pizza was not the best and the wings tasted like chicken nuggets. Anyway its better if you go eat to an actual restaurant..was not worth the money..

Me and my girlfriend went in to order, 2 personal pan pizzas, 2 toppings each and 12 wings total. They tried to charge us $62.. for 8 slices and 12 wings.. I laughed at them and left.. we ended up going to dominoes down the street and got 2 mediums and wings for $30. The owners must be drunk if they think 8 slices and 12 wings are worth $62.

I tried to call at 1:53pm to order a pizza for takeout. I was about 10 minutes away so I figured I'd call it in and it would be ready a few minutes after I arrived. When I called I was left "on hold" for 5 minutes and 30 seconds. By this time I was exiting the Grand Ave exit from the 5. I got to the store and saw a huge party in the back room and thought ok I could see a couple of minutes. I waited at the counter while somone else ordered. When I finally got to the counter I told the lady what I wanted and then told her I wanted $5 off for having to wait. She checked with her manager and he said we don't do that. I told him I tried to call in so I wouldn't have to wait and showed him how long I was on hold. He said he could get me a drink for free but couldn't do the $5 off. I told him if I ordered now I would have to now wait 15 minutes for my order so a free soda wasn't going to do it. He said sorry he couldn't do it. I told him to forget it and walked out. Horrible service!
