Coffee is excellent, would come back for that alone.We got the donuts, smash burger, and grilled cheese + tomato bisque. All of it was pretty good. It's clear they put a lot of care into sourcing ingredients and executing the dishes well.Our server was pretty on top of things despite being the only one while it was pretty busy.Only complaint was that seating is a bit limited. Great food, Hot coffee, short staffed and still took care of business. Maxes special is so good I would definitely get it again. The potatoes description sounds weird but were really good, except the salsa needs more flavor. The breakfast burrito is huge! Avacado toast looks pretty you don't want to mess it up. Would have like the toast to be hot and the egg.

Excellent breakfast option in the Irvine and Tustin area. French style cafe with a wide variety of foods, coffees and desserts. I recommend arriving early, the approximate wait in the mornings is 30 minutes to 1 hour. The service is very different from what they provide in the USA, if they clean your table between meals and offer you additional items. Highly recommended
