If you want good customer service it's better to go in the afternoons when Mary or Luna ain't there those girl are very rude and have very poor customers service it seems they get them mad when I ask for extra boba although I'm paying for it already. Just better going when the boss it there.

Tried out another Sharetea but this location is in Costa Mesa near the South Coast Plaza. My family and I ordered our usual teas, mine is the Mango Green Milk Tea which was good and consistent in flavor to the other Sharetea location we go to in Irvine. The store itself was dark and not very clean and inviting. The customer service was just okay but they weren't very friendly and the music didn't match the atmosphere. It was like underground rock from the 90s or something. Overall I'd probably skip this Sharetea if your looking for a good boba spot.

Thai milk tea was not fully mixed and had very little Thai tea flavor. I would say the staff was poorly trained

At this location poor customer service the employees never smile or say hi not polite at all there is an Asian girl that has a bad attitude and everyone charge for the drinks different prices is not fair for customers managers please take care of

I politely asked IF i could use the restroom. I told them I would be a PAID customer.Me and my son had to use the restroom but they said no cos it was out of order.Yea right.. thats what typical CA businesses said.Walked next door to Yoghurtland, and they let us use the restroom before we spend.

For those who like fruit teas, I'd recommend trying the mango black tea, easy sweet, with lychee jelly, light ice. it's my go to drink and it's super refreshing and tasty. Our order came out super fast, thanks so much for your service!

Drinks are good, but don't expect to come and sit inside for a relaxing experience. The staff working are all high schoolers who are blasting music and literally SCREAMING while they are talking to each other. It felt like being at a playground. Would most likely only come back to get drinks to-go.
I have a good friend who likes this chain so I thought I’d try the one nearest my home. They take the extra time to heat-seal a flexible lid on your drink. Reasonably priced and receipts can be emailed/texted if you’d rather not get paper.

Love this sharetea! Always come here after work to get a refreshing drink and the staff are so nice. An tall, asian guy (Preston) at the cashier gave me great recommendations. i didn't want anything too sweet and he made sure my drink was to my liking! The place is always clean too!

Great spot in Costa Mesa for Taiwanese bubble tea, they offer a huge variety of styles and flavor including bubble tea with ice cream! The staff is kind and will kindly explain the differences between the teas and give you good suggestions.The place is small but it’s perfect to grab your tea and go.

Quick service. Staff was friendly. Asked for less ice and my cup was half full of ice. I also asked for 30 percent sweetness and it was super sweet. I couldn't enjoy drink because it was so sweet. I will opt for zero sweetness next time.
