The food feels very authentic. I loved the cold noodles. They cared by warning some of the dishes will be spicy and asked what level of spice. Not all places will do that which puts customers at risk. Been here more than once . The six alley sauce is a true gem.

My boyfriend is a Chinese international student and he said this is the best Chinese food he has ever had in America. The Mahu Beef Soup Noodle is so good that I started tearing up. The food is really good!! I've also had the beef noodles & the beef noodle soup. I LOVE THE DUMPLINGS & the sauce!!!!! Wow!!! My fave!!!! The smashed cucumbers are very good too!!! Light & crispy, lots of garlic!!! The service is friendly & food comes out rather quickly. The ambiance is kinda plain. It's open and clean but nothing special. But the food makes up for it!!! *** the dumplings are a MUST!!!! Pork or the shrimp!!! Get both!!! Get the amazing dipping sauce!!! I dream about this sauce!!! It's like soy, garlic, ginger?? I don't know what it is, but I can literally DRJNK it!!! Make sure to get it!!!! You're welcome! I think I ate 24 within 10hrs hahaha

DUCK PANCAKE - 5/5I add an extra egg, extra spicy, and BBQ pork. SOOO GOOD. Must eat it fresh there or quality drops drastically.CRAWFISH PANCAKE - 3/5Not as flavorful as the duck pancake.HAND PULLED NOODLES - 3/5No protein. A little too chewy. Otherwise delicious and very fresh.

This place is amazing! Discovered this hole in the wall place during covid and every time we've ordered here we love every bite! Our faves are the Liang pi (signature cold noodles), dumplings in soup, and beef noodles (dry). The price is affordable and service is quick. Highly recommend!

Excellent food. The people here are very helpful when we had questions. The spicy options aren’t very spicy but are delicious, so you can order spicy without worry if you like spicy food. Their soy milk was fresh and tasty. The cold noodles, dumplings, and chicken crepe were all excellent.

Tried there grilled cold noodle. It tasted ok. Was initially excited for their chinese donut since i thought it would be placed inside the noodle, but it was served in the side. It would have been sooo good if it can be made togetherOther than that nothing too special other than it taste pretty good. Cant go wrong with this order

I got their most popular dish: mahu beef noodle. The beef is so tender and juicy. It melts in your mouth. If I have to rate the beef alone it would be a solid 5-star. However, The noodle is a bit dried and too salty for my taste.Fried rice is better than the noodle. It's not too wet, not too dried, the consistency is perfect for fried rice. The flavor is a bit lacking though. It's good but not outstanding.

My mom and I were in the area when we decided to stop by this shopping center to take a quick peruse. This place caught my eye because I love hand-pulled chili oil noodles and they had it on the menu, so we tried one order of these noodles and then the cold signature noodles. I really liked the hand-pulled noodles; they were perfectly chewy, savory from the chili oil and garlic topping, and it was a decent portion for the price point. The cold signature noodle was different than what I thought. It tasted like a chewier rice noodle and came with a spongy protein substitute thing (not really sure what it was but I enjoyed it). The sauce concoction was a little lackluster for me personally--it was light on the sesame and quite vinegar-y, and it was lacking that savory "oomph" for me. I'd definitely come back for the hand-pulled noodles but would rather try something else on the menu before getting the cold signature noodles again.
It's not what I expected based on previous reviews.As we entered, the lady we first approached was more concentrated wiping the counter than asking us why we are infront of her. ?A guy from the kitchen came to get our orders and served within 15 minutes:Shrimp fried rice was so ordinary, oily and the shrimps were just tossed cold on top of the rice.The buns on both braised pork and beef burgers were dry, crumbly and tasteless.One star for the quick service and another for the guy who came to get our order.I am not coming back and I can't recommend this place to my friends.

Ordered the stir fried beef rice and it was basically steamed rice thrown into a pan w oil carrots, pea and beef. No flavor and it was greasy. Had the smashed cucumbers and it was over powered w vinegar and garlic. We also order the wonton soup and there was little flavor just a strong taste of vinegar. They serve their dishes in to go containers. Not a fan of this place and I won't be returning.
