The food is amazing theye is no arguing that however the owner is ridiculously jacking up the prices while keeping the portions the same if not smaller

SOOOO GOOD! We decided to try this place on our way from LA back home to San Diego. Let me start by saying that we ate a TON of Persian food in glendale/LA and none of their Koobideh was as good as this place. Even my husband who often says “I can make this better at home,” admitted this as one of the best Koobideh in Southern California.

Soltani Persian Restaurant offers a warm welcome with its exceptionally friendly owner and staff. The kabobs are tasty, though the Koobideh Kabob deviates from the traditional recipe. Similarly, the Polo Morgh may surprise those with specific expectations.

If you ever had Zereshk polo. Never try this. Zereshk polo MOST come with Zereshk NOT cranberry!!! The chicken for the dish is coming with tomatoes, if you changed the dish why still called Zereshk polo?!!! I am glad that I will never eat that again, giving 1 stars because we don have 0 stars option, you are the cook and the restaurant owner you can cook whatever you want but please don’t change the recipe’s for traditional foods.

Terrible Food. Owner is extremely stingy....he transfers all left over rice of one platter into another PLUS he lies a lot. Total waste of money. Its a' 'D 'grade restaurant .....

Have been eating Persian food for decades so not new. Excited to spot this place in central Santa Ana but, unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. The chicken had the aroma and taste of going bad, the cook mentions one price for side but was charged by the owner a different price and customer service needs improvement since they don't tell you the food is ready if it's your first time. Otherwise, the rice is good and they do grill the onion and tomato.
