Me and my friend really wanted a sweet treat so we ordered the brownie blast and we might as well have gotten vanilla. There was no brownie at all and barely any chocolate! I'm very disappointed and upset.

I called the lady at this Sonic and said you have the $1.99 quarter pound burger they had a promotion for a quarter pound burger for $1.99 the girl on the phone said yes we have it so I drove over there go through the drive-thru and she said they don't have it anymore. The time gas energy wasted.

I ordered 2 burgers, and they didn't put any lettuce, frys were cold and half way full. If you're raising the prices at least don't be cheap when serving.

I ordered food for everyone in my car and my food did not come (double cheeseburger plain). I hit the button again and let them know I was missing my #2 meal, but I did get my drink. They said they never charged me for it so I made another purchase. Again I asked for a “#2 meal plain with meat and cheese only”. They bring out the food again and the burger has everything on it. I normally never say anything and would just eat it, but I had an allergy to something on the burger. I pressed the button a third time letting them know it wasn’t plain and they brought out a single cheeseburger plain but not a double. By then I just sucked it up and ate it because I hate being difficult, but it’s just upsetting to pay for something and not receive it.

Every time I sit at the booth and press that button to order no one ever answers. I could sit there for 20 minutes with nothing. Then I go to the drive thru and then service isn’t even up to par either. Like I’m not asking for much. I’m not picky. But I just want a soda sometimes and what could’ve been like 10 minutes turns into 30-40 like that’s a joke.

The attention to detail skills the team at this location has is lacking. One of their team members at the drive thru almost forgot to give me my change one time.Another instance here, the staff took 15 minutes to deliver my order and mixed up the order with another customers. Half of the items in our bag belonged to the other customer and vice versa. If you really want Sonics, you could try going to the one down Harbor, but I would stay away from this one entirely.
