*****PSA**** DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND SELECT MOBILE ORDER!!! We came this day to get some coffee before heading out to Vegas for the weekend. The line was short but the wait was horrific. I understand people place mobile orders and that's important, but aren't the people in the line just as important!!!??? One of the girls working in the morning is super rude. She basically rolls her eyes, doesn't smile, doesn't acknowledge your existence, as if it's unreasonable for us to ask for our mobile order like I'm inconveniencing her. It wasn't busy either so it wasn't like she was overwhelmed. Then when she does give you the items she puts them as far away as possible so you have to reach across. My GF had placed a mobile order in the parking lot of starbucks. We waited 10 mins in the car until it said it was ready so I went inside to get the order. I waited by the pickup area.(meanwhile people were coming in an out with their orders) and nothing was there so I waited another 5mins. When I saw no activity I finally asked the coffee maker if my order is ready?. She said nope and in fact didn't even start on the order. Had to wait another 5-7 mins.
