if I could give this place zero reviews I would!my wife was in this location today.She works close by and goes there a lot ...she ordered a sandwich and a drink and discovered that she was short of money.She told the staff that she was short and that she didn't have enough for the sandwich.she told them that she only wanted the drink and was embarrassed.the man behind the counter asked why she ordered the sandwich if she didn't have the money, why did she order the food.the employee notified the owner who chastised her in front of other customers.This isn't acceptable everyone has been in this position and for them to treat her like this isn't right.I will do everything from now on to drive business away from these people.If they would have said no problem they would have customers for life instead they have made a enemy.

Today I walked into subway I was dripping wet from the rain literally my shirt was drenched and I had my EBT card out ready to pay for the two cups of soup and the nice lady came to ring me up and said " your all wet" I said "I know it's ok" she said let me buy your soup for you ...that was really nice of her to do that ...so thanks again to the lady who works at Subway on Grand and Edinger!! There aren't very many people who do that around now a days.

Usually, there is no line in the evenings when I have to pick up a quick dinner between meetings. My favorite is the meatball marinara with provolone toasted on a Jalapeno cheddar bread. Then I load it up with Jalapeno, banana peppers, and pickles.

I had a really negative experience at the Subway located at 15081 Newport Ave, Tustin, So I came to this location. The other location wouldn't make my sandwich the way I wanted it, and asked me to leave when I inquired why they never had any tropical lemonade. This location always has a great team of people with great customer service. I've never seen the Subway signature juices out of stock, and I've seen them restock before it runs out. They even went above and beyond when I asked them to put croutons in my sandwich. This is subway the way I like it!

Stopped by today for a sandwich for my son and I. Needless to say great customer service and attentive server. I think his name was Bryan. Any ways def will be going back, my son appreciated to be able to ask for a sandwich with out having a frustrated worker looking back at him

we walked in and they sitting down in front like customers! ugh this place....service is always rude here! I have now tried it for the third time in hopes I get different staff or attitude! I asked for Italian bread she gave me artisan Italian I meant Italian herb as it was written that way! I asked oh is that the Italian herb if not no problem ... but then the lady went off saying that's what you told me that's what you told me rude to my friend as he was tryin g to figure out what to order!

I never write a reviews I’m usually the one reading reviews but this one tick me off a lot. I was there today May 27th 7:30 exactly .When I used to go they always have great customer service. it been 6 month since I came back. There was only a woman and a New employee getting trained. The woman took my order while the new employee did something else First of all I had to repeat my self 5x for the Italian bread and she looked at me as if she didn’t know what I was taking about. She then proceeds to tells me to tell her in Spanish. I am not fluent so I tried my best. Every topping I told her I had to repeat 2x or more she would stop and look at me for 3 second no idea why . So we get to the register she doesn’t even push my order to me or hands it to me she leaves it there in the counter and says “thank you” I had to reach almost by the registered just to get it and then she slightly pushed it . I was getting soda as I was leaving she was getting mad at the new employee because some other employee had taught her how to clean different I guess she wanted the teenager to do it her way . I genuinely felt bad for the new employee getting trained anyways subway please make sure she is certified to trained others with out an attitude or not having patience. Please have her take a customer service review course . Thank you
