Well, it's good for a Subway inside a supermarket.Parking: It is recommended to go to Subway, only it is hidden next to where they sell Chinese food.

Went in to order and asked if they had a restroom the younger gentleman there in a rude manner stated no you have to buy something and I said yeah I'm not just going to come in to use the restroom and he went on to make a comment on me possibly tagging on the wall in the restroom. I will never go to this subway again and walked away, as customer service he needs to be cautious in the manner in which he directs himself to customers!!! Very disrespectful

whent in the other guy the guy that has glasses ,, think he has the one in charge seens a was seating there and eating i saw how the other person asked him for questions,,but as soon as i walked in here i knew from seeing there front door so dirty whid fingerprints i knew that inside it would be the same...and it was the only thing that got me is that i was asking for more bell peppers on my foot long and it like the guy in glasses was couting 6 Little peace's i asked for more and he only throw like 3 more.. i would of paid extra if he told me to seens i only like the chicken bacon ranch whid lettuce tomato and good amount of bell pepper... just Saying it would be good to use what you have in the Line instead of being greaty and trying to save them for next they come on your subway eat fresh dont be subway saving the veggies for next day.. it was almost 10 pm not sure if he wanted to save so he won't cut more the next day.. he also looked down very Un profesionaL..

The only Subway I have encountered so far that prohibits customizing sandwiches. It's so frustrating and just had it happen for the second time here, not planning on coming back to this location.For those who don't know- you cannot order any sandwiches off the menu and change anything. If you want to make any alteration, you have to order the whole thing as a custom sandwich and pay extra. I literally wanted to remove veggies and they said that means it has to be custom, meaning I pay extra because the original menu item has bacon and ham. I'm getting charged for removing items.I think this is a decision from the branch owner, ridiculous.

This subways Night Shift staff is the worse. I went there on a Sunday night, ordered my sandwich, asked to add banana peppers to my sandwich and was told by Maria that I wasn't allowed to add anything that was not on recipe. As soon as we walked in they both had a really bad attitude and looked at me like they didn't want to help me out with my order. Never going back to this subway again. Also, they didn't want to give me their names when I asked for them...

Very disappointed with the service I received today. MARIA made it a hard time for me to order my subway the way I order it. I asked to replace the salami with pepperoni and she said she couldn't because she follows the rules! Never heard of such a thing. She charged me extra to replace one meat with another. Maria doesn't know I'm allergic to salami. In fact, I've ordered my subway from this location plenty of times and no one has made such a big deal. I hope MARIA does her job properly next time.

Worst customer service I've ever had! We frequent this location for lunch and we always have a great experience but the night crew is absolutely terrible. Maria and Yesenia have horrible attitudes. We asked Maria for extra onions on the sandwich and she said she's only allowed to add 6 pieces per sandwich?? Yesenia had no idea what she was doing on register. It took her 5 whole minutes to give us out total and had to count our cash four times. We ended up just walking out without our change.

went into subway and ordered 2 foot longs one turkey and one tuna. anyway the employee must be instructed to be cheap on tuna and let's not add mayo for a tuna sandwich. if you look at the picture there was barley any tuna. I'm really eating a bread sandwich. Disappointed is customer service and they put nothing on the sandwiches.

This place has bad customer service and rude ladies working there. This review is after my second visit, the first visit the lady put the vegetables that she wanted, in addition, she was slamming the topics. The second time she told me I'm not allow to go outside of what's on the menu when it comes to vegetables. This place prefers to be stingy with their vegetables rather than focus on happy customers.

I ordered 2 subs for my kids and I went in to pick it up and one of the ladies that worked the Night Shift had a bad attitude. She kept telling me that this restaurant didn't do the buy one get one 50% off on the other sandwich. I kept telling her that on the app it let me do it but she kept saying that they didnt. She went to ask a co worker and just ended up filling my order. I was standing by the veggies and said that I had to go sit down because she was filling up my order. She really needs to either work in the morning or afternoons shift but not the night shift.
