Retrain employees for better customer service. Girl working the counter mislabeled the almond and coconut milk teas resulting in an allergic reaction.

1. The slush was not watery, and it was delicious! 2. The spot has fast casual vibes since it is located in a mall's food court! 3. The staff was friendly and timely with my drink! 4. There is a few tables in the front of the business, but there are other tables in the food court! 5. There is a lot of parking, but it can get crowded in the lots during peak hours! Note: Restrooms are located more inside the food court in the Southeast Corner! Photo: Mango Yogurt Slush

Good service good flavor, the gentleman that helped me was fast. No complaints I would stop again if I was at Main place.

Preface- we came on black Friday, and for that reason I'm being more lenient than I usually would about boba teas.Service was great. The venue is along a walkway, but it wasn't impossible to order or wait within hearing distance. The lady who took my order was very efficient and polite.Raspberry smoothie was good. It was refreshing and a good portion.Lychee tea was inedible. They added way too much syrup, and the tea base tasted like it could have been lipton- you know, that specific taste of a black tea with lemon? I did not add topping in my drink, but there were what appeared to be lychee jelly inside. Even after pouring half of it out and refilling it with water, the syrup was still too heavy to drink.Again, we visited Black Friday. No harm if a worker just got overwhelmed and gave us double pumps of lychee syrup. But the tea base was also bad, so three stars it is.

June 2nd. If you visit main place a lot , this was practically the only boba you could get in the mall before they added the shop next to it. And I've been getting the boba here for years when I am at this mall.Either way, their milk teas + smoothies are good for what you are paying for. I asked the lady taking our order what coffee blend she recommended and she said the coffee latte blended. I love iced coffee; creamer and all, but this coffee drink really woke me up by how coffee it was LOL. I took the biggest dump afterwards. My friend got their Thai Tea since that's her safe option and she drank all of it and enjoyed it since it tastes more creamy than watery compared to some other that tea iced blended drinks.I always get their boba here and so far I really recommend their strawberry mango or strawberry anything smoothies. I emphasize on the smoothies since they are the right amount of creamy and not so overpowering with syrup.I've worked at boba shops so I understand how measurements mean everything when it comes to smoothies and the syrups and fruit. They have not ever disappointed me with their smoothies.

Yeah so i really hate to leave a bad review but today I could tell there was spoiled milk in my drink. I thought it was just me but after a few sips it was extremely apparent that it went bad. A previous time I found a dead fly in my drink too... my dad told me to stop buying from here after that time but I wanted to give it another chance. The employees are all really nice but dont waste your money.

My spouse has an allergy to dairy. When ordering here, I asked the man who was working at the time (I think it was the owner) if they had a non-dairy option. He said yes they have non dairy. I asked many times what kind of non-dairy (soy, coconut, almond...?) and he would not be clear with me and answer which kind (he kept just saying "yes we have non dairy. no milk in it" and we repeated this back and forth several times . I thought this was sketchy but then just gave him benefit of the doubt and thought it could be that our English was not clear to him. We came back a few days later, a different person was working this time (a young girl) when we asked to have the non dairy she looked confused and said that they only have regular milk. Yikes. Luckily my spouse had gotten a tea with no milk that time (I ended up getting the milk tea) So if you are vegan or have a milk allergy, don't let this man lie to you, he knew exactly what he was doing trying to get a buck and not caring about what was at stake.

All I tasted was powdery, chalky drink. I ordered Taro Milk tea, it's super sweet, I think even the milk is powdered too. Location is good, it's inside the mall.

My daughter and I had their milk tea with Boba. We weren't offered what percentage of sugar. I believe it isn't an option as it wasn't advertised. Personally, I thought the sweetness was just right & probably at 25% sugar. But my daughter felt it lacked sugar. The tea flavor itself was OK and so was the Boba. We finished all of our tea except the boba. Props to the cashier as he is an elderly man and appeared to be running the entire counter himself including making the bobas. It was busy too. I'd return here on my next visit to this mall.
