We hired the TK Burgers food truck for a work event of about fifty (50) people. They were easy to communicate with via e-mail. They showed up on time and had everything ready on time, too. The service was great! They placed a condiment & toppings table near the food truck. So, after you ordered your burger, you turned around and added all the condiments and toppings you wanted and needed. Everyone loved the food, and we had a successful work event. Would we recommend TK Burgers? Yes!

As soon as I opened bag something smelt off, the fries must have been fried in oil way past shelf life. Took one bite of my bacon cheeseburger and barely got it down, I don't know what but something was way off with this burger. Put foil back on burger threw in bag with the fries and lopped into office trash. Root beer was good though. I will never return,

This place is terrible. Mediocre food, and the cleanliness is atrocious. The cook doesn't wear gloves. The cashier wears gloves and goes to help prep the food without changing gloves. Absolutely filthy establishment. Stay away!

Recently visited TK in Santa Ana. I was very disgusted by my experience . When I walked in around 11:30am, I noticed there were no customers and just one employee standing behind the counter just looking at his cellphone in hand. We walk in, he looks up to see us then looks back down at his phone for about another 10 seconds- no greetings. no acknowledgment. just silence as he stared at his phone. We ordered a couple of burgers and sat down. I began to sense the place was sketchy so I sat at a seat facing the kitchen to watch how he prepares our burgers. To my surprise, he began without washing his hands or putting on gloves, grabbing the patties with bare hands and placing them on the grill. then he got some lettuce, held it in one hand while with the other hand he used to add the tomatoes and onions and the spread. Very nasty! Does he hold his phone while taking a shit? I'm sure that phone is contaminated. and then with those same hands begins handling food? no thanks! I'm outta here!

Well, I noticed it myself, and another customer whispered the same to me; the fact that the cashier (wearing black gloves) was helping prepare food with the same gloves without replacing them. This place needs attention.

Horrible service from Gracie catering Quail Hill in Irvine on 10/21/23. At 6:58 we were in line for the truck and she came by and said the contract was only until 7 and we would not be served. It wasn't even 7 yet and there were a handful of people in front of us. Absolutely ridiculous.

Bad Place. They never answer the phones and when u get there they are always on their phone . Like really. Pretty bad service and food at times. But reason why i leave this review is because got fed up when u try to order food and they never never answer.

They never answer the phone! I have tried to call in orders when I'm in a time crunch and can never receive a response. They also said they don't have the mini bargain special, but it's on the menu. I'm pretty sure they tell you this to up charge you since I read they do this at other locations also. Im seriously just going to go to Yellowbasket at this point. I come back thinking it will be different but same issues everytime. I'd love to talk to the owners, but maybe they're the ones pushing the staff to act this way.

We called in two orders and we were told they could not separate them for payment. Then the guy who ordered after we paid went up to the counter and asked why it was taking so long just to make a burger. They gave him his burger and then we went to ask about our order. There were three bags sitting on the counter and he gave us one saying it was ours. No one said it was ready, called out a name or number. Nothing! The food is good but not worth going back for the horrible service!

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I walked in, and when I saw the food. First of all the interior was filthy! The garbage can full with trash next to it. You couldn’t find a clean spot. I thought oh well maybe the food will make up for it! WRONG. The person putting the order in was very rude, and actually spit on the floor when we were not looking(Yes you read that right!) We ordered ribeye and chicken, both on the verge of being inedible. The chicken was so smelly and the ribeye was dry and bland! I’m shocked there are places operating like this!
