From ~August 2021 to October 2022, my friends and I went to this taco truck every Tuesday without missing a week. We loved their tacos, quesadillas, and the staff at the truck. This will sound weird, but this spot has objectively the best chicken tacos and chicken quesadillas I've ever had. Yesterday we tried Tacos El Panzas, we had the carne asada, tripa, cecina, al pastor, chorizo and chori queso tacos. I loved how the tortillas were crunchy with the grease of the meat. All the tacos were good with the exception of the chorizo and tripa, I felt it was missing something. The chori queso was good the cheese gave the chorizo that extra flavor. This review is long overdue, and I hesitated to write it. Tacos El Panzas is my husband's and my all-time favorite. I selfishly wish we could keep it our little secret. It's truly something special. Forget fancy decor and trendy vibes - this no-frills gem serves up the most incredible Mexican food from their truck. Their carne asada, pollo tacos, and mulitas are simply unmatched. Don't miss out!
