Must say, I am super disappointed in this location. The tacos we got were definitely cold and was the leftovers. The meat was pretty stale. I kinda hope that the staff would have told us to wait for when there is new meat or maybe not have cold meats at all. Probably won't come back.

You have to know what to order here to have a good meal, which is not a good thing. If you're a great truck, you should be good across the board.Carne Asada--great, five stars Al Pastor--CHARRED TO A CRISP. Literally was like eating a chicharron. Who wants to like that? Any flavor of the marinade was completely masked by by the charred taste. 1.5 stars for the 10% that wasn't charred.Birria -- ZERO STARS. Was more like having just pot roast where they didn't season anything. Texture was good and tender but there was no flavor! Literally was like eating hospital pot roast. TJ is renowned for their birria so this was pretty disgraceful.Tortillas and guac are all good.FYI--I didn't realize my quesadilla didn't have guacamole until I was home. LAME. Also, only carne asada tacos come with guac. None of the others do.TL; DR: the highs are high, the lows are low. Stick to carne asada tacos and you'll be fine. Veer off and you'll be upset.

Handmade tortillas, quality meats, avocado on the carne asada tacos and humble service. What else can you ask for?

Such a huge disappointment. Stopped by here Tuesday night around 8:30pm. Ordered a so called burrito that looked like a wrap. Very little to no meat (mind you they do not put beans or rice) meat was very chewy and cold. Also ordered 2 tacos de tripa(gut) which were like chicharrones super burnt and got all crumbs. Salsas were so watery with no taste. Such a waste of money and time.

tacos were just ok 2.5/5 pretty average. Did NOT like that they chopped the meat way too finely, smaller than ground beef. Guacamole was decent. The tortilla was great taste, handmade. Pricing higher than other trucks $3 per taco.Had a hard time keeping my appetite while eating here because there were so many cockroaches all over the place, on the ground, up the wall and around the tables.. it was very disturbing I got out of there asap

These tacos are good I've tried different tacos and must say these tacos are delicious the meat is well seasoned and the ingredients are fresh and the tortillas are handmade tortillas you can't go wrong you have to go to the hood in Santa Ana to get them but it's worth the drive it avoids the drive to going to Tijuana to get them

Tacos TJ Style (TTS) is a towed food truck, not a full sized truck. It's set just back from the corner next to the building, but there are signs at the corner indicating location. The service is exceptional. The two women working the site are very friendly and helpful and take the time to assist you in ordering something delicious.Unlike most folks, I am one who has fou d that some food trucks provide excellent meal selections, and TTS is no exception. I decided to begin at the beginning and selected tacos for my evening meal, I mean, it was Taco Tuesday. I got one of each: carnitas, asada, brilla, chicken, and pastor. These are street tacos, so they are small, if your accustomed to a single corn taco, then you're gonna want two of these. Since they are street tacos, they come with onion, cilantro, and guacamole. If you want or like cheese, it's extra, and you need to ask for it.There are three types of toppings to give your tacos that extra kick. The first is TTS's signature flavor. It's a tomato base sauce like Pico de Guillo, without all the chunkiness. Then there are the two hot sauces, standard green which I did not try, and the "ornage," not red. For those of us who like it spicy, this is the real deal hit sauce, not for the faint of heart. Now, down to business, these tacos are exceptional. The way they are wrapped makes it easy to pick up and hold, and they are delicious. Each type of taco had its own flavor, as appropriate, and each was mouth watering. I luv a good taco, and these tacos certainly get an A+ grade for presentation, smell, and taste. If you're looking for a different place than your usual haunt, and you happen to be in the mood for a great taco or five, then head on over to Tacos TJ Style and enjoy some good food.

Handmade fresh tortillas make all the difference. Habanero salsa is addictive. Easy to find location.

My family and I have been craving tacos from TJ but wanted a safer/shorter trip. These tacos are delicious! It might take some time to while waiting but that's due to them being made fresh. We will definitely return.
