The food is always good and from the items I’ve tried, everything has been amazingly good. Love their carne asada.Carne asada nachos.Carne asada chilaquiles, I always order extra meat.Carne asada sopes.Carne asada burritos.Carne asada is a must try.The service is amazing. Friendly. Welcoming. Spacious and always clean!Closed on Wednesday’s so plan your hunger and cravings around their schedule.Oh and ask or try their avocado salsa.

Amazing Burrito got the Very Spicy Option as well as half green half red sauce its filled with Asada and chorizo! This is by the best burrito in Town if you haven't tried you have to!

When you visit Santa Ana, you can find Mexican restaurants that have higher prices, loftier pretentions, or imagine themselves as more daring and clever, but, as a California born third generation Mexican, I'd have to say you would be hard pressed to find a better and more honest Mexican meal in town than you would at Taqueria Sabroso y Pisoco. I was raised to believe that a good taqueria should be both affordable and full of big flavors, committed to slow cooking cuts of meat like pork shoulder or tripe for long hours, using recipes inspired by past generations. Take, for example, menudo-everyone should have their own menudo recipe, or know a place where they can find one. This taqueria is such a place.The al pastor was tender, the salsa for the wet burritos (try both verde and rojo) had the right amount of spice, and the fish taco was among the best in the county, no mean feat. I ate mine before I could snap a picture.The whole place had everything you'd want in a taqueria; friendly staff, a hot kitchen buoyed by the smells of al pastor swirling on a spit, soda in styrofoam cups, some Latin art-hell, they even had a crucifix on the wall. Pun fully intended.If you don't like this place, then go find an overpriced Mexican eatery in a boutique mall whose understanding of authenticity is calling sour dream 'crema.' Because if you don't love Sabroso y Pisoco, you don't really understand what there is to love about Mexican food.

I recently order takeout from this Restaurant. I ordered a fish burrito thinking that they wouldn't have it(because no one has a fish burrito on their menu). To my surprise not only did they have it but it was delicious. It was also had perfectly sized proportions, it almost more than I could eat. This was my first time ever eating a fish burrito and it will not be my last. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

These tacos are simply the best around. I've had every taco selection on their menu and you can't go wrong with any selection but their carne asada tacos are hands down the best I've tasted. I feel like these tacos have really pulled me through during these hard times of covid. The warm service and the exceptional food makes me come in at least once a week. Today I got the privilege of tasting the consomé and it's tasty, spicy, and goes great on everything
Got a cabeza burrito and let me tell you it was so delicious! The sauce was super spicy got both red and green. And the meat was also really good. First time coming here will definitely be back! Great customer service too!
